AVILA BREEZE est à deux rues de la plage (3 min à pied). Ce condo de coin de luxe a 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, air conditionné, appareils de qualité chef européen, comptoirs en pierre.

Entrer dans le condo il y a une chambre en suite. Monter un escalier pour ouvrir l'espace de vie. Le deuxième niveau est inondé de lumière naturelle. La suite parentale est située juste à côté du salon. Salle à manger pour six invités et une cuisine de chef gastronomique. Le salon a un canapé-lit en taille réelle. Il y a une demi-salle de bain juste à côté du salon.

Montez l'escalier en colimaçon sur un pont sur le toit. La terrasse sur le toit dispose d'un barbecue électrique et d'un coin salon décontracté pour profiter de la vue sur la plage d'Avila.

La deuxième chambre située au niveau du sol a également un lit queen. La deuxième salle de bain complète est près de la chambre deux.

Perfect Beach Spot!

This was perfect for our needs - modern and clean with all the amenities needed to experience beach life. Was a quick, safe walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a place to relax with things to do in a small beach town this is the place!

Great place!

This property was perfect for our family of six. Very clean. Loved that there was a wagon and beach towels and accessories so we didn’t have to pack all that stuff too. It was close to everything in Avila Beach.

Family Getaway in Avila

We met our son and his young family, who arrived from Ventura. We came from the Chico area and escaped the heat. Wonderful to play on the beach, visit Avila Barn and more. The condo was an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful VRBO, very clean and comfortable for us all. We would happily stay here again.

Avila Beach

This property was a great location only a short walk to the beach. It had pretty much everything you needed for your stay. The only things I would recommend for you to bring is bar supplies for mixing drinks. Also, they have Roku tv instead of cable tv.

Thank you for taking the time to review our sweet beach house AVILA BREEZE. The vacation rental has SmartTVs in the living room and bedrooms. The living room TV also has Spectrum cable channels. The bedroom TVs use Roku.

Rooftop seating area is big plus! Wish it would have a better grill. However it feels like it’s missing main bedroom, two bedrooms set up exactly the same with low queen beds, more like for teenagers not couples.

A great beach getaway

The property was super clean and organized. We had everything we needed. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach supplies. The only improvement would be the beds. The rooms could accommodate larger beds (i.e. king mattress) and the mattresses were pretty firm and not super comfortable.

Great, walkable location!

Our family spent four nights at this property. We appreciated clean updated space. House was well appointed, with newer appliances, very clean and a very elegant space. Parking was a bit of a challenge as the garage is too small to fit a car. While the mattresses were newer, they were very firm and both bedrooms had either a double or a queen size bed, which is too small for my husband and I to share comfortably.

Great property. AC was broken!. They told us morning of first day. Still awesome. Still worth it. 4.9/5 for the AC

I understand the disappointment the AC was not working properly. This is one of those new property startup issues. The builder is diligently working on a solution. The whole complex has been affected, just not this one unit. Thanks again for staying with us.

Great stay near beach with a few hiccups

Nice property described well. Only a few blocks from the beach and great wagon and beach toys. Kitchen is stocked like a basic rental property but functional. The dishwasher and clothes washer both leaked but we were unable to get service over the weekend. Would be good to have better regular maintenance of important family appliances.

Bad beds

The overall cleanliness and amenities in this unit are very well done. However, if you are anywhere from 30 and over, you will probably want to look for another place as these beds are basically dorm room beds, very uncomfortable, very hard, very low to the ground I would not recommend staying here if you want to if you want a good night sleep

Perfect Avila Beach spot for 2 couples

It’s so nice to walk into a rental and are immediately impressed. We had a great time in Avila Beach, and this property was perfectly situated for our needs. Two couples traveling together with one bedroom on the main level and one downstairs it gave each of us private areas for sleeping, and a beautiful living area to share together. Nicely appointed kitchen right off the living area, made for easy meal, prep and serving conveniences. Each bedroom had an en suite that was very nice and spacious, complete with convenient toiletries for anyone who forgot theirs. The location was great as we were able to walk to the various restaurants, beaches, walking trails, etc. the weather was very beautiful, but chilly, so we were not able to enjoy the rooftop patio, but this would be a nice amenity in the summer. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend very much. One of our favorite parts of this VRBO was the rooftop deck. While there was just a glimpse of the ocean from the roof, it was a lovely place to relax and look at the palm trees and the hills. The condo was well equipped and modern. It was clean and well decorated. Check in was super easy, and the office was easy to reach when we thought we had left a bag behind. The location was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Things worth noting: We ate at Blue Moon twice and highly recommend it. The hike out to the lighthouse was well worth the hike. There were beach towels and chairs in the garage, which were much appreciated, as were the tote bags. You have to climb a spiral staircase to get to the roof, and there is a long flight of stairs from the street to the main living area. Not a problem for us, but might be for some. Second bedroom is on the garage level, away from the master. Again, fine for us, but perhaps not for families with young kids. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

The airy feel of the living area with all of the surrounding windows gave this condo a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooftop, just off of the living area, was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying wine and cheese. The difference with this condo and the others I have rented in the nearby beach towns is the up-keep, the upgraded appliances and the organization of the kitchen. All utensils and cookware are available and in great condition. They say that it's all in the details and I would say that this place is defined as that. Just far enough away from the beach life, yet close enough to know that you're a 2 minute walk to the sand and activities. Avila Beach is a magical place and if you have the opportunity to visit and stay in this place, book it. It's worth the spend.
