Inside, enjoy a gourmet full kitchen, a spa-inspired bathroom, and a plush California King bed. With designated parking and two beach cruisers included, it is the perfect refined escape in the Solmaré Collection.

The Coral House is designed for guests who want the beach location without compromising on modern luxury. As a newer build, it offers polished details, open-concept living, and a level of sophistication that makes it a standout property in Avila Beach.

Large bifold doors flood the space with natural light and frame beautiful views of the Pacific. Step out onto your private balconyâfurnished for relaxationâto enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails in the fresh sea air.

- Primary Bedroom: Private room featuring a luxurious California King Bed with high-end linens and ample closet space.
- Living Room: High-quality Queen Sleeper Sofa (ideal for children or extra guests).
- Bath: A hotel-style modern bathroom with premium fixtures, fresh towels, and toiletries.
- Climate: Fully equipped with Air Conditioning and heating to ensure the perfect temperature regardless of the weather.

A true chef`s kitchen, perfect for preparing meals when you aren`t exploring the local dining scene.

Parking: One dedicated off-street parking spot is included (located in the driveway in front of the unit).
Management: Professionally managed by Solmaré Stays, ensuring 5-star cleanliness and 24/7 local support.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
