Avila SHORE PLEASURE Family Favourite, À quelques pas de la plage, du centre-ville

Le condo est confortablement décoré avec un décor de l'île Tommy Bahama et dispose de parquet et de finitions haut de gamme. Un plan d'étage ouvert unit la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. La cuisine est exquise avec des appareils de qualité gastronomique et des comptoirs en granit. Des portes coulissantes peuvent être ouvertes de la salle à manger sur un balcon pour entendre le bruit des vagues de l'océan à proximité.

Trois chambres à l'étage, chacune avec des lits queen-size équipés de draps blancs et d'oreillers moelleux, vous attend après une journée à la plage ou une dégustation de vin dans les caves à proximité. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit gigogne queen dans le salon. Ce condo peut accueillir 8 personnes. Les clients de ce condo auront également deux places de stationnement dédiées dans le garage de stationnement souterrain.

Il y a un ascenseur du parking à la cour. Ce condo ne répond pas aux exigences d'accessibilité aux personnes handicapées, cependant, le salon principal est accessible aux personnes handicapées.

Well appointed house and kitchen. Roomy and comfortable for 6 people. Easy location but a bit noisy from the alley. The Staff was very helpful.

Wonderful Comfortable Apartment Right In Avila Beach

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean, modern apartment. Steps to the beach and right in the middle of all the action! Secure on site parking, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (just no condiments, FYI, so come prepared, but basic coffee setup provided), plenty of room for our family of 5, TVs in every bedroom. A great 5 star stay!

Best location

We had plenty of space for all my sisters and mom to cook, play cards, have big dinners, and kick back. There were painters showing up on our balcony in the morning a few mornings. which was startling!

Avila Beach trip

Finding a place so close to the beach was the greatest. The condo was perfect. Right behind The Custom House and feet from the Hula Hut which we visited often over the 4 days. I went to Cal Poly and Avila Beach became one of my favorite places. It was great to get a vacation with my grown children and their significant others and spend time at what has over the years become our favorite place. The management company was very professional and responsive. We all decided that we want to stay in a Seven Sisters managed condo for our next trip to Avila. Thank you

Unfortunately, every day, except during the weekend, we were woken up at 7 by the trucks collecting trash from the nearby restaurants. You could choice noise and open windows; or to be too hot, and still get the early morning noise.

Yes during busy summer season the delivery trucks start early. That's a tradeoff to staying in the heart of Avila Beach. Next visit I suggest a condo on the opposite side of the courtyard. Thank you for your input for others to consider unit location.

Short family trip

My family and I stayed here for a birthday trip over a holiday weekend. The place was very clean, beds and linens super comfy and the location is great! The only minor issues relate to how well the kitchen was stocked- not the best, and our ability to use the local and television stations. Yes we were vacationing and also huge golf fans. Could not watch ANY of a big PGA tournament, even with the help of staff (though they really tried). Neither of these things were huge deals, but they were inconveniences.

Great location, Great for families!

Check in was super easy using the Hospitality ap. House is new and clean inside and stocked with all the supplies you need. 2 parking spots in secure garage (but very tight parking). Easy walk to everything and all the tenants where very friendly. Only suggestion is to remove the metal crab in the middle of the courtyard that says “DO NO TOUCH”. It’s on tbe lawn where every kid wants to touch it. And it is sharp! Other than that great property!
