Condo BEACHY KEEN, 2 chambres, pour 4 personnes, à quelques pas de la plage, barbecue sur le toit

BEACHY KEEN, est à 2 minutes à pied - 446 pieds de la plage et du centre-ville d'Avila Beach. Le condo est situé dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements communautaires fermés - Ocean 17. En entrant dans la maison, au niveau de la rue, il y a une grande chambre (lit queen) avec foyer, TV, dressing et salle de bain en suite. Au niveau de la rue se trouve également le garage pour 2 voitures et le centre de buanderie. En haut d'un escalier se trouve le salon principal avec cheminée, cuisine gastronomique avec appareils électroménagers Viking en acier inoxydable, bar à petit-déjeuner et suite parentale.

De la cuisine est une vue panoramique sur la montagne avec balcon. Le balcon avant a un ensemble bistro et son emplacement dans la cuisine est pratique pour le service. Juste à côté du salon se trouve un autre balcon avec un escalier en colimaçon qui mène à une terrasse sur le toit spacieuse avec vue sur la montagne et un aperçu de l'océan. Le toit est parfait pour se prélasser ou se divertir. Le centre de barbecue a un mini-réfrigérateur intégré et un barbecue à gaz et une table à manger pour 6 personnes.

Beachy Keen est à 2 minutes à pied de la plage (à seulement 446 marches!)et une promenade facile au parcours de golf d'Avila Beach et au sentier de vélo et de marche de Bob Jones.

Amazing Beach Vacation

Another couple, my wife and I rented this property for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The home is spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend it to two couples or a small family.

We love to cook breakfast make hash-browns and pancakes, and there was only stainless steel pots and pans and nonstick griddle would be great. A new cover for the small ironing board would be nice as well. Overall we had a great stay and loved the balcony right outside the kitchen.

Perfect Plan B

After our Caribbean vacation was cancelled due to the global tech outage and airline cancellations, we found this place had availability for a last minute, mid week stay. We made the 13 hour drive to Avila. This property was perfect for our family, we truly enjoyed our time here and would 10/10 stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

Our visit was flawless. This beach home is perfectly located near everything in beautiful Avila. We walked everywhere. The home is cozy, comfortable, well stocked, clean and organized. We loved it and hope to visit again soon. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Quick Beach Stay

Quick stay at Avila Beach was perfect. Layout was perfect for 2 teenagers and parents. Kids had their own sleeping space on a different level away from parents' sleeping space and bathrooms as well. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. Two separate outdoor spaces were great as well with one on the roof and out the kitchen. Again, great spaces for different sitting areas. A bonus was the beds were comfy. Plus, the garage made for easy parking and contained all sorts of items for the day at the beach which was an easy walk to get to. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house.

What really made this place awesome was all of the conveniences: the washer/dryer, beach towels, beach toys, garage, two full baths and the perfectly stocked kitchen, just to name a few. But perhaps our favorite part was the location. We walked everywhere!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located in a great location. Everything was clean and well equipped. My only complaint is the fact that it's not truly a two bedroom that can sleep for. The second bedroom is a sofa bed that maybe could sleep two children. It wasn't all that comfortable. I would highly suggest that the owners replace a sofa bed with the proper queen bed. It would truly make it more marketable in my opinion.

Nice location, many small things not working

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location and overall nice home. However, there were many things that weren't working that didn't get addressed despite us filling out a fix it form as instructed. The following were broken: Grill ignitor, dishwasher, kitchen lights (they stayed on and would not turn off), hot water in kitchen sink. These are all things that seemingly should have been caught with prior renters or in between renters, but somehow weren't. I believe this was a new property to seven sisters, so I am guessing they will get this fixed. We stopped into the office to let them know about the kitchen lights when we first arrived, which they sent someone out for (but it wasn't fixed). For the other items, the office was closed when we found them, so we filled an online form out and asked someone to come fix them. Nobody came and we were never contacted. I know we visited over July 4th weekend, a very busy time, but would have appreciated at least a call back to acknowledge that so many things were broken during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay. The property is modern, very well maintained, fully appointed and very comfortable. Beds, linens, towels, kitchen and appliances all excellent. Loved the roof top deck and bbq with great views. Best of all is the location - right in the heart of Avila and one block off the beach. Only 15 minutes from our daughter in SLO, we will definitely be coming back.
