Oceanfront Condo 303 Desoto Beach Club

Desoto est directement sur l'océan et dispose d'une piscine. Ils ont aussi des ascenseurs qui ouvrent directement dans votre salon. Le salon et la chambre principale donnent sur l'océan. Le salon a une terrasse, une télévision par cùble et un magnétoscope. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision. Il a également une salle de bain principale, qui est immense, avec une baignoire jacuzzi et une grande douche. Il a de grands placards. La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. La troisiÚme chambre a 2 lits doubles, TV et une porte à la deuxiÚme salle de bain. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont ouverts. Il a une grande table de salle à manger. Ce condo a tout, plus encore!
L'unité 303 est au dernier étage.

1st time at DeSoto.

This was our 5th or 6th trip to Tybee and is by far the best property we’ve found. Very spacious. Elevator opening into room took some getting used to but was convenient in getting belongings into and out of the condo. No K cup coffee maker in roomThe biggest issue with the entire property is lack of a beach at high tide and the significant 3-4’ sand ledge getting down to the water.

Great Beachside Condo

Great condo with lots of space for the family and easy access to both pool and beach. The floor of the condo was a bit dirty when we arrived and there were very few starting essentials (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent), but nothing that affected our trip. Would recommend as a great family spot on Tybee.

Summer getaway

Property is very nice and well kept. Our unit was nice but the dryer wouldn't dry clothes, we had maintenence come twice and the dryer still didn't work properly. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for our annual anniversary vacation. It was a beautiful place! There were only small things like a chair outside had a rusted crumbly leg and the fire alarm randomly beeped twice. Overall it was wm excellent place and we would love to book here again in the future.

Nice Location and Nice Condo

Overall a nice location on the beach. Pool was nice and pretty well maintained. The elevator setup was slightly odd at first but once we got used it it, it was fine. The unit is quite spacious with tons of closet space, lots of seating etc. View from the balcony is very nice as well. Bit of a walk to the main pier but this is a good thing for us because this part of the beach is not crowded, and it's equal distance to the north/secret beach as to the pier. Landscaping in the complex is getting a little out of hand, needs some pruning back. Some minor issues common to rentals like worn out outlets that don't work, cooktop burners that don't get hot, worn out cutlery, etc. Would be really nice to have a combo lock on the door or something instead of always having to locate a key. Check in/out was easy enough.

Beautiful grounds/complex

Pros- on the beach, pool close by and amazing views from the large patio. The property is well manicured and taken care of. Cons- key pick up at realty office and only one key fob for 7 people. Elevator opening up into everyones living room and bedroom was a bit strange. No bathroom downstairs anywhere, not even by the pool. All in all a nice complex with solid amenities, would consider staying at this complex in the future.

We will definitely come back!

The condo was great. It was not as clean as it could have been. We had to rewash everything we used and some surfaces needing cleaning and dusting. The sheets weren't as clean as they probably could be.. there was also some sand on the bed. Take toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and even extra towels if you are there for more than a few days. The kitchen had very basic tools so be prepared if needed. Other than that, it was a GREAT location. We woke up early to sit outside at the table and watch the sun rise. Great big kitchen for 5 of us women to work in at once! :). Bedrooms were great. Don't hesitate to book this unit.. just come prepared.
