Pets:
We allow pets on a case-by-case basis here. The home is thoroughly cleaned between each reservation, but pet dander may be encountered during your stay. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please see our House Rules section for more details.

General House Rules:
- Registered Guests Only: No unapproved guests. Events require prior host approval.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
- No Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited anywhere on the property.
- No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms: Help us maintain a clean and fresh space.
- Shoes Off Inside: Please remove shoes upon entering.
- Tidy Up Before Departure: Wash dishes and take out the trash.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee.

Pet Policy (Pre-Approval Required):
- Service Animals: Always approved and not charged.
Pet Guidelines:
- Crate pets if left unattended.
- Keep pets off bedding (bring your own sheets/blanket if needed).
- Use your own sheet/blanket to cover furniture if pets will be on them.
- Clean up pet waste and dispose of it outside.
- No pet bathing (to prevent drain issues).
- Control barking, especially during quiet hours.
- Fee: $35 per night per approved pet (excludes service animals).

Event Policy:
- Pre-Approval Required: All events must be approved before booking.
- Guest Count: Additional guests beyond the max occupancy may result in extra fees.
- Parking: Must be restricted to available spaces on the property. Carpooling is recommended for larger gatherings.
- Trash: Any excess trash must be taken with you upon departure.
- Noise: Keep noise levels respectful, especially during quiet hours.
