We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The weather couldn’t have been better, and the private pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, with a big fridge that made it easy to keep everything stocked for our family. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun getaway. It was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we’d definitely love to come back!

The house is very comfortable and amenities like the elevator, heated pool, beachfront and the daily sunsets by the beach were the highlight of our trip. Our family of 7 had a fantastic time. Book it!! You will enjoy this home. Minor recommendations. It would have been nice to have a light by the bbq station. Once it gets dark, it was challenging to continue the bbq in the 1st floor. The rug in the living room might need an upgrade, it looked a bit worn out. But overrall I highly recomend this beatiful beachfront home.Thank you!

Family Gathering

Had a great time at this property. We chose this location for a meeting place for our family from SC and NY. Beautiful views, heated pool was a hit and so was the elevator. Plenty of room in this house. Had an amazing time!!

Winter escape

This property was wonderful and everything we thought it would be! The heated pool was perfect for the kids and on chillier days! Beaches were so clean and the house bedrooms were perfect for each guest of all ages to be comfortable in their own space! Thanks for sharing this property with us!

What a great way to celebrate and the New Year!

We had a wonderful experience!! Our family had so much to enjoy: the beautiful beach, heated pool, spacious rooms, quaint shops and the most amazing thing was to have an elevator to take you to your floor. We all made such great memories together. We highly recommend this house and property manager if you're looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation. Cheers!

House checked all the boxes for our family. 5 BR, 5 Baths, Elevator, Pool (heated and ask for warmer and they cranked it), Directly on the Beach with Walkway to beach. A couple minor issues with Cleaning when we first checked in, but these were quickly corrected.

Very Dirty House.

This was the dirtiest house we have ever stayed in. The pictures make it look beautiful. The ceiling in the living room has a whole in it, fixtures have fallen off the walls and were never put back, mold in 2 of the showers and toilets, dust all over the walls that is very visible. The rats that live in the dunes ran on to our pool deck and chewed a pair of flip flops. There is a lot of improvements that can be made to this property. We didn’t call the realtor because we were on vacation and didn’t want to be bothered with people in the house when all of this should have been taken care of before we checked in. We were very disappointed with this property!!

Thank you for your review, however, we respectfully disagree with your review. If it was truly the dirtiest house that you have stayed in there's no way that you would wait until after check-out to let us know. We would've been happy to send someone by to take care of any issues immediately. This is like ordering dinner at a restaurant, eating it all and then complaining about it after you leave. This guest left behind more than usual trash, sand, dirty dishes and food that we had to clean up at no extra charge. This guest also left food outside on the ground level pool deck. If you leave food outside overnight the wildlife will find it. There are no rats living in the beach dunes per the pest control company that we dispatched just to be safe. The ceiling repair and toilet paper holder has been repaired since this review. The house has also been deep cleaned since this review. Please see all of the other reviews from happy guests that have stayed and thought the house was perfect.

Just Wow!

Great location and plenty of space. Felt like the beach was ours! Everything was great. Would suggest a reference to use the electronics, and fireplaces. Outdoor shower was not working. Incredible views and complete relaxation.

First trip to Mexico Beach

This was our yearly family vacation. The elevator was great for bringing in supplies and getting our elderly mother from floor to floor. The kitchen was well stocked and we utilized it daily. When the weather cooled they turned the heat up in the pool. We had good fishing, nice bonfires and great stargazing. The rental company were quick to respond to anything we needed.

Family beach weekend was fantastic. This property has everything and more. The kids loved the pool and the close access to the beach. Very clean, lots of space, fun games, and the spa like steam shower was an added bonus. Definitely plan to come back!! Thank you!

Beautiful home !

This house is as described and then some. Beautifully appointed right on the beach. Private boardwalk from private pool to beach. Quite, uncrowded beach. Amazing sunsets. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need and laundry room to freshen up your beach towels. Great communication with Harmon Vacation Rentals. Totally recommend this property.

Fun and relaxing week

The house had plenty of room for our family of grandparents, grown children and grandchildren. The pool is wonderful when the beach and sun are too hot. The house is well equipped in the kitchen and throughout. Any calls to property manager no matter what time were promptly returned.

Great beach stay

House was great. Right on the beach. Perfect spot. We all loved it and plan to return next year. Having elevator for those who couldn't climb that many steps was a lifesaver. Just a great experience.

Wonderful house

This was such a great house right on the beach. The house had everything we needed and then some. We got to see dolphins every single day! When everyone had cleared from the water, we even saw sting rays when walking along the shore. Such a fun time for ours kids. The covered pool was amazing when we wanted to escape the sun for a while. The kitchen in this house was absolutely amazing. We will 100% try to get this house again when we vacation in the area!

Pleasantly surprised

Beach was much nicer than I expected. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Pool was great for the little ones who couldn't quite swim yet. Overall we were very happy with being far away from Spring Break action. We saw dolphins everyday🙂

Prefect vacation

This was the first time we have visited Mexico Beach. We will be back again the house was perfect. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation at Mexico beach in hopefully the same house as it fit our needs.
