La maison de ville est en retrait de la cĂŽte du magnifique golfe du Mexique. Pour accĂ©der Ă  la plage, descendez simplement de notre terrasse et descendez Ă  l'eau. Vos orteils seront accueillis avec du sable blanc et de la couleur des Ă©meraudes. Sandy Feet Retreat est une maison de ville de deux Ă©tages avec deux chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. La chambre principale a une vue imprenable sur le golfe et un balcon pour profiter des magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose de deux lits superposĂ©s avec lits gigognes et la troisiĂšme chambre dispose d'un lit queen. Pour plus d'options de couchage, il y a un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon en bas. La vaste terrasse au niveau infĂ©rieur s'ouvre sur la plage et dispose d'un espace couvert ainsi que d'un espace ouvert. Wi-Fi est fourni pour que vous puissiez rester en contact, mais vous serez tellement pris par la vue que vous pourriez oublier que vous avez apportĂ© votre tĂ©lĂ©phone! La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e permet de cuisiner pour votre famille aussi facilement que si vous Ă©tiez chez vous. Vous ne voulez pas cuisiner? Pas de soucis! We were a family of 3 and a family of 4 that rented this property for fall break. (3 teenagers) It was a fantastic stay at this beach house and we cannot recommend it enough. The location is truly unbeatable, just steps from the sand, which made shore fishing and sunset views incredibly easy. The home itself was immaculate. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The attention to detail was evident throughout the house. Communicating with the owners was a complete pleasure. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a seamless and relaxing stay.And the views! The panoramic ocean views from the deck were absolutely amazing and made for the perfect backdrop to our vacation. We truly hit the jackpot with this rental. We definitely will be back!

I recently stayed here in Mexico Beach for 3 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect—right on the beach and just a short walk to several great local restaurants. It made everything super convenient and relaxing. The property was comfortable, and the host was very easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Perfect Vacation

We absolutely LOVED this property. The place was very clean and well maintained and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony was exceptional and we really enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony. The owners were also very organzied and made sure we had the best experience possible We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back.

Beach Retreat

This townhouse offered everything we could ask for: plenty of space inside, an amazing deck with a great view and a quick walk to the beach! We love staying in Mexico Beach. It's such a quaint little beach town. Thank you for making sure everything was perfect.

Fun in the Sun in Mexico Beach!

Our two families with teens had a blast at Sandy Feet Retreat! The townhome is beautifully decorated, has a million dollar view, & is stocked with everything that you need. The owners were easy to connect with & provided clear check-in & out directions. The beach is a quick 3 min walk away. The sand is gorgeous & great for beach walking. We also did a late night airboat ride & rented a pontoon boat in St. Joe bay to check out the sea life & walk the tip of Cape San Blas. We highly recommend both! Thanks for sharing your place with us! We loved it!

Perfect Mexico Beach Rental

We loved staying at this Mexico Beach rental. It was probably the cleanest VRBO property that we have ever rented. The property owners were very informative. Everything was fantastic and clean. Our family loved sitting on the decks that overlook the ocean. It was a peaceful getaway for our family!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 children had a great stay. Home is beautifully decorated, has lots of areas to sit and talk and enjoy the view, and of course your walk to the beach is so close. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing time. Kim was very helpful answering questions before we went. We arrived to a clean house. There were 7 adults and a toddler. The house was stocked with a good beginning supply of everything. If there is one thing that could be added, maybe some larger pans. Beautiful views from both balconies. We made lots of memories and saw some incredible sunsets on the semi-private beach.

Beautifully Decorated!

House was steps from the beach and within walking distance of gift shop. Great location. I am very picky and always look for properties that are professionally decorated. It certainly met my expectations and was very clean. The host was quick to respond to questions. We were 2 sets of sisters that enjoyed 4 days on the beach and the friendly, small town atmosphere. Highly recommend Sandy Feet Retreat.

Superb Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked with all kitchen amenities and beach accessories. Kim answered all our questions quickly. Beautiful place!

The accommodations were great! The house was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the beach. Access to the beach was right by the townhouse. We only had one issue and they were very prompt about taking care of it and making sure we were very satisfied with our stay. Would highly recommend!

Birthday getaway

The Bad...Wasn't told construction was taking place at the unit next door, had to wash our bed sheets and pillow cases before we slept because they were gross, sandy and unchanged. Carport had trash all over, the grill wasn't cleaned and cover was left off, some of the guest complained of being warm at night because the thermostat is in a preset range, lost wifi and tv friday evening but was back on Saturday....Now for The Good... On the beach, close to general store & ice, also close to a great restaurant/bar. Kitchen was stocked well, bathrooms were spacious. Wonderful decks for cooler weather. the owner is quick to answer any questions

Nice place

The property is as advertised. It’s a very nice place. And it’s right on the beach. Very well-kept. It’s sort of like a condo. And you do share a balcony with neighbors that are separated by a barrier. The next-door neighbor has a boardwalk to the beach and a pool. It seems that her only reason for building the boardwalk and the pool is to post signs telling everyone to keep off her boardwalk. I didn’t like her at all. Mostly she and her dogs mostly kept to themselves. Other than complaining about my kids using her boardwalk. Whatever. She’s probably from New York or California. The locals are awesome. Otherwise I give the place a high rating.
