Cette cabane rustique confortable dotĂ©e d'installations modernes et offrant une vue sur le lac SupĂ©rieur constitue le camp de base idĂ©al pour explorer le parc d'État de Porcupine Mountain. Nouvellement rĂ©novĂ© avec un lit queen qui est ouvert Ă  la cuisine / espace de vie. Les draps sont fournis.

Air conditionnĂ© et Roku TV, Wi-Fi. Salle de bain avec douche La cuisine a un petit rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, plaque chauffante, plaque chauffante, casseroles / poĂȘles, vaisselle / ustensiles. My wife and I had a great stay at this little cabin. The location is great- right across the street from the big lake, minutes to the Porkies, and a short drive into Ontonagon. The cabin itself is nice and cozy; perfect for a couple. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Hope to stay again!

The property was exactly as it was described. It is a perfect retreat for two people. They owners literally thought of everything you could possibly need and fit it beautifully into a small space. We particularly loved the two decks and the firepit backing up to a beautiful wooded area. It was a very nice retreat to come home to after exploring the area during the day. The owners were quick to answer any questions and to provide information on the area.

What a beautiful cabin that has everything a person would ever need for a wonderful stay. Was so nice to wake up with a cup of coffee out on the deck to watch and listen to the waves crash on the Lake Superior shore. The other amazing thing is how dark it is and how beautiful the star filled sky is above this place. The host was fantastic and their pride in this property is obvious. I will return!

Wonderful spot near Ontonagon, just perfect for me and my cousin to girls' week it in the Porkies for a hike, a drive to Copper Harbor, Broadway Drive down to Houghton, some Ambassador pizza, and a lot of waterfalls. Love the ease.

40th anniversary

Had a wonderful time. Saw lots of waterfalls lake of the cloud and lots of beach time. The cabin was just what it looked like in the photos. Owners were easy to work with. Will be going again

Charming Cabin!l

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin tremendously! It was well stocked and the cleanest rental we’ve ever seen. The two porches are fantastic, and just sitting on them with our coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening listening to the birds was so relaxing. They give you all you need to build a fire, so we loved our evening fires around the pit. It was our first time to the Porkies, and we were just amazed by the incredible beauty. We love to hike, and it is a hiker’s paradise! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Brandi and Mark!

I (Brandi) was born and raised in White Pine so I have had Lake Superior and the Porcupine Mountains in my backyard my whole life. I have 2 adult children.
Matt was born and raised in lower Michigan (Richmond) and always loved to vacation in the UP. Being the hunter and fisherman he is, he relocated here thru his job (Semco) in 2001
Fast forward a few years...we met in 2012 and the rest is history.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Rainbow Lodging was originally the End of the Rainbow Restaurant. It served ice cream and broasted chicken and was a popular place to see bears. It had been closed for several years before my Aunt Sharon bought the property in 2011. She turned it into a home for my grandparents (her parents) and a few years later when they relocated she decided to rent it out.
Now its her turn to relocate and with wanting to keep it in the family, we (Matt & I) decided to embark on this exciting yet challenging adventure together
