This is a wonderful place to stay. Just as described. Quiet and relaxing. The dogs enjoyed the use of the backyard and there is a lovely trail to walk them close by. The property has everything needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Hannah is a delightful host. Thank you so much.

What a great house and location. We came to CO to go to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and the house was perfect. About 20 minutes to the venue. Very quiet and a great outside area to relaxing and talk after our day.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 3 adults — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom was a standout with great closet and drawer space, ideal for an extended stay. We loved the fluffy towels, thoughtful touches, and the peaceful front patio for morning coffee. We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean.

Fantastic stay! If you are traveling with a dog this is the place to stay! Check in and out process was incredibly easy. Beds were VERY comfortable. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Great Stay!

Great property with plenty of linens, pots and pans, etc. Host is available for anything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the bbq grill and fenced yard for our small dog. Great neighborhood to take walks in and not far from grocery stores, costco, etc.

My husband and I are new to VRBO. We have lived in Littleton since 1994 and have been living in this 130-home neighborhood since 2006. I am, by profession, a tax accountant, working for a local CPA firm. My husband is retired from 36 years in aerospace and works part-time as part-time handyman for this property. This property was originally purchased to house visiting family and friends in lieu of adding 2,000 sq. ft at our current home, but the project evolved into an experiment in short-term rental after remodeling and furnishing the home.
