Amazing property and amazing HOST. I don't think I've ever had a host as responsive as Kevin. It was a great property and easy to get everywhere. I would definitely rent again if we come back.

Had a fabulous stay!! House was incredibly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed starting and ending our days on the rooftop. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Location was fabulous for our day plans - easy drive to Golden, RR, and all hotspots in Denver. Would rent again without hesitation.

This place is close to everything and has a lovely set up for six peopleThe view from the roof is awesome and cools down in the evening even in 97 weather!Very walkable neighborhood and plenty of parking.

This home was absolutely amazing! The rooftop lounge area was beautiful and such a perfect spot to relax. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was super clean. Check-in was quick and easy, and the house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again—can’t recommend this home enough!

Perfect space for family to gather

Beautiful home! Worked so well for our stay- could hang out in kitchen living area and retreat to second floor for sleeping- nice and quiet. Balconies were great in mornings for coffee and relaxation. Location was so close to whatever we needed- groceries, coffee shops and shopping! Would highly recommend this rental!

Cute home, very accommodating owners

The home is gorgeous and cozy. I stayed here to recover postpartum and be close to the hospital and it was such a great place to heal. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay.

Perfect! Stayed here with the Family and needed close proximity to the University of Denver. Property was accurately described, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with host was pleasant and efficient. This will be our go to when we need to back in this area for sure!

Family stay

Our son had a spring break baseball tournament and we brought the whole family and made it a long weekend getaway. Great place with lots of restaurants and shopping very close!
