Nouvellement rénové condo 2 chambres avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan! C'est gardé propre! Apportez votre équipement de plage (planches à roulettes, paddle board, kayaks, fabrication de chùteaux de sable, cerf-volant) et profitez de la baie. AprÚs avoir passé la journée à la plage, détendez-vous au club-house avec piscine intérieure, jacuzzi, salle de jeux et courts de tennis extérieurs. The house is gorgeous, has everything you could need. The kid loved, loved the swimming pool. It was completely empty and super clean. The view and the sounds of nature are all you need.

One of the very best units at Jacob's Landing. Someone really took the time to think through the light, the colors, furniture. We loved our stay and will absolutely be renting again next year!

Cute, clean little condo right across from Birch Bay!

Had a great, relaxing stay at this condo! Beds were comfortable (1 king, 1 queen), kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, place was very cute and clean. Location was great: beach was across the street (and visible from the living room), and there were a few restaurants, a coffee shop and a corner market within walking distance. The loft upstairs is open to below -- this was not an issue for me, but something to be aware of for others. Hosts were friendly and extremely communicative and it's obvious they want you to have a pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family holiday

It's a great space for a family, playing cards/games in the living room space, being able to walk to the beach and access to the pool were highlights. We were even able to watch sunset from the patio which got the kids excited. We would definitely recommend a stay here for a family.

A slice of paradise

I was a little apprehensive about staying in a condo but man am I glad I booked this!! The property is clean and so quiet. Everyone I met were so nice. The condo was clean and inviting and the view is amazing!! Right across the street is a pathway you can walk along the bay. If you want to get away and enjoy your stay do not hesitate to book this! You will not regret it. I will definitely be staying here again!

A great stay!

Really enjoyed our short stay at this condo. Loved Birch Bay, this quaint beach town with lots of patio life. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and we quickly felt right at home.

Birch Bay Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property for just two nights but it was a great getaway. Talk about a clean condo! Spotless. Although we didn't end up cooking, the kitchen was well equipped. Two decks to use which were great for reading/relaxing. Great pathway to walk quite a distance on right across the street. Birch Bay State Park is nearby for additional hikes and the Point Whitehorn Marine Park is another peaceful hike. All in all, a nice property for a change of pace.

Comfort and cleanliness with a view!

The first thing we notice in a rental is the cleanliness
and this was top notch! Furnishings were just as nice as pictured and felt very “coastal”
.appropriate for the setting. We only had one night to stay in the condo and enjoyed the proximity to the water. Birch Bay is a summer destination, so things were quite loud and lively with all patios facing the beautiful ocean full of people visiting. We normally seek someplace really quiet, and knew it would not be the case, but things settled down by about 10 and we got a wonderful nights sleep in the super comfortable king size bed. We did not use the loft at all. All in all a great rental for Birch Bay!!!

Pros: Location, size of condo, quiet neighbors, pool/hot tub, beautiful view, being able to walk near the beach, big fridge that was stocked with ice & filtered water pitcher. Cons: Floor, rugs & fridge were dirty, cobwebs in the corners & a spider on the bed pillow, no bathtub grab bar (safety concern), no AC, single ply toilet paper
