Quiet and across the street from the beach. Beautiful sunsets daily. Great weekend retreat watching movies, reading and enjoying the ocean. The unit had everything I needed to cook a few good meals and be totally comfy and relaxed!

Birthday getaway

Our 2-day stay in Jacobs Landing was excellent. The unit was on the ground floor with easy access to the grassy area out back via the patio door. The unit was tidy, clean, and nicely furnished. It is well back from the road and thus is quiet, but is only a 3-minute walk to the beach.

Close to the beach

This was a nice place close to the water and restaurants. It was nice and clean and had a full kitchen that was nice. I would recommend this place.

Another Wonderful Family get together

We rented 3 units for our family of of 9. One for 4 people another for 3 and another for 2. I thank you for sharing your summer homes with others to help us enjoy the beach and nice facility that is at Birch Bay . We do this for the memories this gives us as a family playing games and laughing and enjoying the sun and the BEACH. We only stayed 2 days and 2 nights but it has always been a part of our summer and memories for the last 4 years. Our 7 year old and 11 year old look forward to it each year. It's location is so close to the beach and the patio's are comfortable and the kids can play in the yard. There is a cool breeze that blows through the yard . It ennabled our two grandsons to fly kites on the yard right in front of us and the giggles that came our of them as flying a kite was so easy they ran but didn't have too. It comes from the beach the breeze and kept us very comfortable and it is so comfortable and everyone has a great time. The kitchen is so cleverly done and the dishes beautiful with little packages of tea , mustard and ketchup and mayonise and sugars and extra's make the stay so easy You are truly a generous person to let us share your coop. Thank you for sharing your lovely codo's with us and keep it so nice and clean and within reason. We tried to be careful not to break anything one person ccan ruin it for all of us to enjoy. We will be back again next year too. Thanks the Phenicie family

Nice stay on the beach

The suite is clean, modern, and nicely decorated. It is also very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and have fun! I wasn't expecting that added touch. 809 is in a nice location with privacy, it's own green space for playing or sun tanning, and is close to the rec centre. It was also very quiet. The only negative was the very squeaky and very firm bed. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Grandparents getaway.

Came into town for granddaughter's graduation. Perfect place for two. Quiet and clean with easy walk to beach and places to eat. Would stay here again.

Family get together

Our whole family camps at the Birch Bay campground each year and my wife and I decided to stay in town this year to make it a little easier. The kids loved it and we still got to spend plenty of time with our other family members and friends.

Birch Bay

We love Jacob's landing. It is close to the beach and all the activities in the area. We love the C-shop and we love the pool. We had a great time at our family reunion.

Stay was quiet

We came to Bellingham to visit our son. The condo is clean and the kitchen was fully loaded, very nice. We had one meal we cooked in and it was good to be able to relax that evening. Thanks so much to the host as the condo was just what we needed.

Quick overnight in a great location

The condo complex is across the street from the beach. Short beach walk to get ice cream at C Candy Store. Comfy bed. Dated but just fine interior opens to patio and grassy yard. Bathroom fan was loud and randomly turns off and on all night so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Great location
