Notre toute nouvelle villa de luxe située au bord de la piscine se trouve au premier étage avec ascenseur et dispose d’un grand balcon privé avec vue sur la piscine de la baie de Jupiter. Carlin Beach Park se trouve à 2 minutes à pied, juste en face de la plage de Jupiter. La communauté offre une piscine chauffée, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et un terrain de racquetball. Courte promenade à la plage de l'unité. POSHPADZ À quelques pas de la plage, des magasins et des restaurants Veuillez noter que toutes les propriétés POSHPADZ sont livrées avec un paquet de départ de 2 rouleaux de papier toilette par salle de bains, 2 rouleaux d'essuie-tout, des étiquettes pour lave-vaisselle, du savon pour les mains, du shampooing et du revitalisant pour hôtel, du détergent pour lessive , sacs à ordures de démarrage.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated that the floors were vinyl and not carpet. The location is convenient for the beach, golf and dining. I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable. It is just off a busy road, but was quiet in the unit. We really enjoyed the nice living area and the deck. There’s a restaurant in the complex, about a 10-min walk from the unit, that is right by the bigger (and busier) pool. And the public beach is probably a 15-20 minute walk, which includes crossing A1A (there are crosswalks).Gina, who checked us in, was a gem. I only deducted a star because the owner/HOA required a lot of additional paperwork, including a rental contract, that made it feel like we were losing some of the protections provided to the renter by VRBO. This is otherwise a 5-star property.

We appreciate the chance to clarify a few things for future guests: * Location: While the unit is close to the main road for quick access to the beaches, it is actually tucked away in the heart of the community. Several quiet interior streets sit between the unit and the main road, ensuring it remains a peaceful retreat. * The Walk: Most guests find the beach is a 10-minute walk away. However, many prefer to load their gear into the car for an even easier day, as there is plenty of free beach parking nearby. Additionally, the on-site restaurant is a maximum 5-minute stroll from your front door. * Paperwork: We hear you on the extra steps! The contract which you agreed to when booking the property, is a standard requirement for all rental communities and is mandated by our HOA to ensure all guests have full access to complex amenities. This requirement is clearly noted on our online listing. Please rest assured that this paperwork never replaces or reduces the protections you already have through VRBO—it simply runs alongside them. Enjoyed our stay in Jupiter! Property was very clean, updated, and centrally located! Took walks to the beach many mornings. House was well stocked with everything you need. Would recommend a full length mirror and new beach chairs. Pool was so convenient and quiet.

Fabulous host in a very nice condo

The host was fabulous. Timely, accurate, and responsive. Condo is in an old building but the unit appears brand new with all of the amenities, furniture, etc. Extremely convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurant, beach, the intercoastal, etc. Highly recommend.
