Venez profiter du lac Winnisquam dans cette belle maison parfaite pour une escapade estivale. Les enfants ont beaucoup d'espace pour jouer dans une immense cour, avec suffisamment d'espace pour un jeu de balle, une balançoire et une plage privée. Descendez jusqu'au bout du quai pour une journée de pêche relaxante, ou sortez de la chaloupe pour une expérience encore meilleure. La maison est placée dans une zone sans sillage, ce qui signifie une circulation douce des bateaux et un environnement de baignade incroyable, radeau flottant inclus. De plus, vous êtes à distance de marche d'un mini-golf de 18 trous, le marché de Winnisquam pour les glaces. Roulez 4 miles pour le golf au Lochmere Country Club ou faire du shopping dans les magasins d'usine Tanger. Après une longue journée de jeu, rassemblez-vous autour d'un feu dans la cheminée extérieure pour de délicieux S'mores, ou retirez-vous à l'intérieur pour un film. Quand il est enfin temps de frapper le foin, tout le monde peut se diriger vers l'une des nombreuses chambres pour se reposer pour le prochain jour de plaisir sous le soleil. Nouvelle rénovation de la cuisine / salle à manger / salon terminée en juin 2018. Rénovation de la chambre au premier étage terminée en octobre 2018! La rénovation de la salle d'entrée et du premier étage sera terminée à temps pour les vacances d'été 2019.

This was a wonderful lakefront property! The screened in porch was great, even on our rainy day. Our kids loved playing soccer on the grassy area and playing on the swing set and in the beach area. The dock was clean and sturdy and the water was shallow enough for our 6 year old to swim. The water was beautiful and the no wake zone made it great for paddle boarding and kayaking (we brought our own). There were plenty of beds ranging in size. The kitchen was updated and having the second refrigerator downstairs was great for drinks and snacks during the day. Plenty of games and movies for indoor entertainment. We walked to the general store for delicious breakfast sandwiches, mini golf, and ice cream in 10 minutes. Will definitely stay again!

Lake house

My family of 12 had a great time here. The yard and the beach area was just perfect for our grandkids. The house fit us all so well. Would definitely want to go back again.

This was the perfect place for our 2 families to enjoy ! Warm and cozy and fun all around!

We loved it here - the location was perfect. Near enough to everything but far enough away to feel like a real escape. We had 2 families together on and off and found it roomy enough to have some alone time as well as some wonderful group gatherings. Plenty of cozy atmosphere and the beautiful beach/swimming area cannot be beat! The owners were also easy to deal with and made us really feel like this was "our place" while we were there. Definitely returning next year.

A Wonderful Week

Great house on a nice part of the lake. The lake front and yard was perfect for everyone in our family. We played cornhole, had a campfire, swam at the dock and went to the sandbar (just around the corner). We had enough room in the house to enjoy time together and get away from each other when needed! The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living room made family dinners and game nights possible. Cindy was very responsive.

Great fun

I vacationed with my children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room and privacy for all. We brought our own boat and had no problems using the town's boat ramp. This cottage provided a dock for our boats parking. There are plenty of outdoor chairs to relax on and we had a fire in their fire pit every night. Plenty of beds and we were able to all sit together at one table for dinners. It was perfect. Thank you !

Family Vacation

This was our 8th year gathering as a family for a week together. Every year we pick a new location, and we were very happy with our time at this NH lake. The property was truly as described; clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. We had room enough for us all to stretch out. We cooked in every night and the kitchen was wonderful to work in , and the dining area facilitated us all at one seating!! So fun! The level yard, play set, peaceful no wake zone, sandy beach and rowboat and dock all got used by grandchildren and adults as well. Our handicapped brother , who stayed at a nearby hotel, was able to visit us each day, and enjoyed the seats on the sun porch where he had a view of the yard and lake. Wonderful memories were created. We would highly recommend this place for your next group get together, and the owners re easy to work with.

We were here for 11 nights! The prop has everything you need, from fresh linens, places to sleep and kitchen supplies! The waterfront are is just as the pictures show! Beautiful, relaxing and plenty of chairs for everyone! We brought our own floats and just relaxed and floated in the water! The hosts (owners) answered all our questions before our trip and even met us here when we arrived! They made sure we had everything we needed and even left extra wood for a campfire every night!!! They were so helpful!! We would come again!!

Recommended

Extended family of 7 adults and 4 children fit comfortably into this property. Great little beach area for toddlers and even older ones to play in. Calm area of the lake. About 15 minutes to Tilton or Laconia for dining and shopping. Only complaints from “spoiled” adults were no air conditioners and no dishwasher. We were fortunate that it cooled down at night allowing us to sleep comfortably. And between 7 adults, rotating washing dishes was not a problem.

We have an older model forced hot air furnace working well now for heat but when it needs replacing we are going with a dual heat/AC system as all the duct work is in place. our Lake house get away

it is with great pleasure that I give a positive review. We entered the house with clothes and food and everything else was there. Cindy and Jay thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. from the toy room for the little ones to the comfortable beds for the adults. The kitchen had everything you could want or need to cook. Then there was the beach which we all enjoyed immensely. Would we recommend this home ? in a heart beat. Would we go back you bet !. Fabulous yard and great location! Perfect rental for a family gathering!

We had three families (siblings) in the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The yard can't be beat, the kids loved the raft and the paddle boat, and all the outdoor seating was awesome. The dock was great for our 21' boat as well. The interior is obviously dated but everything worked, and there was a great brand new oven/cooktop and all the kitchenware you could need. There is no AC but they have window fans for basically every window so it's easy to get the house cooled down at night.

Great house

We just came back from here and had a wonderful vacation. The swimming area was perfect and the yard was fantastic for all our outdoor games. Cindy and Jay were great at answering all our questions. Perfect place for families with children
