Belle nouvelle mezzanine de 3 chambres + couchage avec lits superposés -2 Bath Lake front home dans les montagnes de Géorgie du Nord - Lac Chatuge - Hiawassee GA. La beauté immaculée de ce lac entouré de montagnes est vraiment à couper le souffle. Nous avons un grand porche arriÚre couvert qui est parfait pour le café du matin et les dßners du soir.

La chambre principale a un lit king avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces et des portes françaises qui accĂšdent au porche couvert, la deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 40 pouces et des portes françaises qui accĂšdent au porche couvert, la 3e chambre a un lit queen avec un Ă©cran plat de 40 pouces tv et la mezzanine a des lits superposĂ©s et un lit double supplĂ©mentaire avec 32 "Ă©cran plat tv. Depuis que la maison vient d'ĂȘtre terminĂ©e en janvier 2019, tous les matelas et la literie confortable sont neufs. Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez vraiment choyĂ©.

La cuisine a tous les appareils en acier inoxydable (la cuisiniÚre est à double combustible - a des brûleurs à gaz et un four électrique) les comptoirs sont en granit cuir. Il est équipé de tous les pots, casseroles, ustensiles, etc. dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Notre maison dispose d'un quai privĂ©, les petits-fils aiment pĂȘcher et nager sur le quai. Veuillez nous informer Ă  l'avance si vous avez l'intention d'apporter un bateau afin que nous puissions dĂ©placer le nĂŽtre. Nous sommes dans une belle crique donc il n'y a pas beaucoup de circulation et de vagues. Nous avons 2 kayaks Ă  votre disposition. Plusieurs marinas locales offrent Ă©galement la location de jet ski et de bateaux. Brasstown Bald (le point le plus haut de GĂ©orgie) est Ă  une courte distance en voiture ainsi que de nombreux sentiers de randonnĂ©e et cascades. Il existe plusieurs terrains de golf locaux, dont le Brasstown Valley Golf and Spa. North Georgia Fairgrounds est Ă  environ 3 km en voiture ou 500 mĂštres en bateau qui accueillent des concerts tout au long de l'annĂ©e. Passez vos journĂ©es Ă  nager, Ă  pĂȘcher, Ă  skier, Ă  faire de la randonnĂ©e et Ă  jouer au golf.
Si vous choisissez de passer une soirée relaxante à la maison, nous avons un Weber Gas Grill ainsi qu'un Pit Boss Smoker ou sortez pour découvrir plusieurs merveilleux restaurants.

Family Vacation

We go to Lake Chatuge every year with my husband’s family for the 4th. Great location and we enjoy being being on the water. The house was wonderful and great layout. We enjoyed the porch sitting. Good spot to hang out with your family!

Days on the Lake

Beautiful home on the lake. Very relaxing. Kayaking in morning was peaceful. Close to the town and hiking. You can not go wrong here.

Amazing getaway.

We were two families traveling on this trip. 8 total. The property was better than expected, but absolutely beautiful decor. The kitchen as well as the rest of the house was extremely well equipped with all the necessities for a VRBO home. Staying on the lake was magnificent and we certainly made use of the dock and the kayaks. We spent many hours just Swimming around and floating in the water in front of the house. Sunset and late night kayak to see set stars was absolutely spectacular. The hosts were excellent and very attentive to ensure an easy arrival. Thanks for opening your home to us. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!

Perfect Family Lakehouse

Stellar property

This property is beautiful. It sits on a cove of the lake with lovely views and the home itself is magazine-worthy! It is well-appointed with bedrooms positioned for maximum privacy if you are traveling with a group. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay and would highly recommend this wonderful, comfortable home.

Beautiful lake home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and had plenty of room for the group. We had everything we needed to make the home usable. The porches are a great space to hang out for all ages. The kids had a great time swimming off the dock. The location is very nice in a quiet cove and located less than 10 minutes from the grocery store, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Simply amazing!

We have stayed many places around Hiawassee, but this was by far the best. The location was perfect and close to everything. The house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Darlene was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It is easy to get to. No steep roads.

Wonderfully Relaxing- everything we needed

Fabulous home with everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing time! Great screened in porch, back porch, fire pit, dock, fireplace, kitchen, -- ZERO issues! Wonderfully decorated and even had Christmas decorations for our late celebration! Loved having a well stocked kitchen- the crock pot was very handy! Can't say enough good things- we will definitely return.

Fantastic Week

We enjoyed this property so much! We traditionally take an annual family lake vacation, but this was our first vacation at Lake Chatuge. This property did not disappoint. We had easy access from the fairgrounds for our boat and plenty of room to tie up on the dock. Our adult children loved the kayaks, and we enjoyed the quiet cove. The house is immaculate; the furnishings are absolutely gorgeous; the kitchen is well-equipped; and the outdoor areas are amazing. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch, only coming inside to eat and sleep. The Hiawassee area is very laid back, and we enjoyed easy access to everything we needed. Visiting Bell Mountain and Brasstown Bald were nice excursions off the water, and we pretty much had the lake to ourselves during the week. We will definitely consider a return visit to this beautiful home!

Beautiful home and great location.

The property owner was quick and easy to get a hold of. The home is beautiful and decorated perfect. The location of the home and cove is easy driving distance to anything needed. The marina is very close and easy to get to. We are excited to go back already!

Best break from the Covid-19 routine

We found the home exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor areas are great, and the styling was just to our liking! We were on an "escape our house" vacation after being cooped up for a year due to Covid-19. Our family of four didn't use all the bed space available. The loft area with 2 bunk beds went untouched. We think having twice as many people in the home would work well too. The lake views were very nice. The trees and flowers were just beginning to bloom and it was beautiful. This was the perfect place to getaway. Darlene is a great owner and communications were great. We would recommend this home with 100% confidence that you will enjoy your stay.

Great little lake house!

Really cute little house on a beautiful lake! Very comfortable for our family of 6. Great porch. Comfy beds. Location is great for exploring the mountains and little towns. Beautiful in fall, I think it would be super good for summer as well.

We dreamed of having a lakehouse for many years. We fell in love with Hiawassee and have never seen a more beautiful lake than Lake Chatuge. We were fortunate enough to find our own little spot of land on the lake and have our lakehouse built exactly how we wanted. No detail was overlooked. Just ask my husband - I drove him crazy.
