Cette magnifique maison au bord de l'eau du lac Wylie est parfaite pour les vacances en famille ou un week-end rapide! Admirez la vue sur le lac du chenal principal avec 150 'de plage de sable, une jetée privée avec quai ou profitez des couchers de soleil en sirotant votre boisson préférée tout en vous détendant dans le kiosque suspendu au-dessus de l'eau, ou faites griller des guimauves sur la plage la nuit au coin du feu de notre plage .

Cette magnifique maison est très spacieuse avec presque 5000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Chaque chambre donne sur les eaux scintillantes du lac Wylie. La chambre principale et le dressing au niveau principal ornent les portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur un balcon privé et une vue sur l'eau. Belle cuisine spacieuse avec des comptoirs en granit, des filets en bouleau, un bar-salle à manger surélevé, ouverte sur une grande salle de 2 étages. Niveau supérieur de la maison fournissent 2 chambres spacieuses avec des lits king size. Le niveau du lac comprend une salle multimédia, un bar d’animation, des jeux, un espace d’entraînement, une grande chambre avec 2 lits queen-size et une salle de bain complète. Sortez et détendez-vous dans une confortable véranda avec fauteuils confortables et ventilateurs de plafond.

Amazing Rental

This was a gorgeous and beautiful lakefront property. Definitely would stay here again. The home was very clean Inside and the views are incredible. If you're looking for a nice home with water views near Charlotte NC please book this ASAP!

Beautiful setting on the river

Large home with a very scenic setting on the Catawba River. Interior was nice with some recent updates. Access is down a bumpy one lane road that leads to the house.

Dream house on the Lake

This lakehouse is absolutely gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated and architecturally perfect for hosting a family Thanksgiving so that we we could all have space. We enjoyed everything from the stunning lake views and extended patio/porch to the entertainment on the lower level. It is equipped with everything that you will need for a perfect vacation get-away. Ms. Tazz was phenomenal in responding to my inquiries and was such a joy to speak with prior to our arrival. This place deserves 10 stars!

The house is lovely! But there were quite a few cobwebs around the house plus no hot water in the showers. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortuantly, cobwebs outside is just a part of nature and lake living. We do knock all of that down prior to a guest arrival but they will be back the next day. There isn't a lot you can do about that. As for the hot water, I wish you had made us aware. Had you called us we would have sent someone out. That home has 2 fairly new hot water heaters and no one else has said anything about not having hot water. I'm sorry you experienced that but we can't take care of what we don't know.

Getaway with wife, sons, and their pals

Spent 4 days there with my wife, my 22yo, my 19yo, and 7 of my 19yo's pals. The house was perfect. The basement was a perfect getaway for the boys to keep their distance from the parents. They had a great time playing Spikeball in the lawn, using the rented boat, and taking the short drive into Charlotte for an MLS game. No complaints at all about the house and may very well use it again!

This is a fantastic property. Need to have 'basic' supplies in stock for large gatherings that stay more than one day. There were several guests that let me know their beds were dirty. Poor property management - great location and home.

Family Vacation

Very nice, comfortable house with plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Very much enjoyed the outdoor space. Main level balcony was a good size with a very nice view. Lake level sandy beach area was great with two young children and with the dock it was a nice place to swim and hang out in floats. The view when you're down at the lake is a bit obstructed since the steam plant is just across the lake. It was quiet though, and we kept our view more to the right.

LW stay

Overall, the home and layout worked it just needs some TLC and updating. Just a few hopefully helpful hints-We didn’t think the home was clean as it could have been. The floors weren’t clean and shoes were a must. There was not a trash can on the lower level and the kitchen was not completely equipped with serving plates knives for 8. Shower Soaps would have been a nice touch for the bathrooms. The landscaping is very overgrown and could use attention. Thanks.

I am very surprised by your review. The landscapers were there the day before you arrived. The lawn was mowed and everything was weedeaten. As for the home, all floors were both swept and mopped. All carpets and rugs vacuumed. There is a trash can on the lower level. It sits beside the mini fridge in the bar area. The kitchen is completely stocked with enough plates, bowls etc for 10 plus people. We have lots of pots and pans, baking dishes, blenders, toaster, etc. Maybe you didn't explore the many cabinets in the kitchen. If you were unable to locate these things I wish you had just given us a call.

Not as it seems

On-line pictures do not accurately represent the house. Perhaps it’s much older. We had mold in the shower, fruit flies, spider webs everywhere, outside steps were cracked and worn, landscaping was abysmal, pier was in poor shape. Only 3 of the 6 TVs worked. Had to step very carefully in the water because of trash in the lake.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortuantly, cob webs are part of lake living. You can knock them down and the very next day they are back. We do clean all of that prior to all rentals. As for the landscaping...not sure of the issue there. Our landscaper was there the day prior to your arrival. If there were issues with the tvs you should have called us and I would have sent someone out. As for fruit flies, I was in the home right after you left and I never saw any fruit flies. However, what I did see was the broken glass you left out in a bag where your grandchild broke our new fryer. You did make me aware of that and I told you not to worry about it and we would not charge you. I wasn't expecting it to be left out where someone could get cut on it. I also found all of the nasty diapers downstairs that were shoved in a plastic waste basket with no trash bag stinking up the house. I also found all of the pee stained bedding that rather than you guys taking the time to throw in the washer you just left out to dry and stain so that had to be replaced. I also found all of the hair left behind by your shedding dogs. Regardless, this is a lovely home and most people really enjoy their stay here. I guess the old saying is true, you can't please everyone.

Excellent for a Family!

This property has anything and everything you would want for a vacation - and the photos do not do it justice! We had a family of 14 with ages ranging from 9 to 72. Large bedrooms and plenty of common area, including the large basement area and gym. Master has an amazing view of the lake and has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has more pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and appliances than anywhere we have ever been. The two beverage refrigerators in the basement helped with such a large group. The beach is phenomenal - sandy unlike so many of those that have muck within 10' of the shoreline. Recommend renting a boat from Lake Wylie Boat Rental and heading to the sand bar. The activity on this lake is very minimal compared to others, especially considering it was a holiday week. We had one plumbing issue, and not only did the property manager answer the call on a holiday, a plumber was at the home the next morning, and this was far from an emergency. Highly recommend this property for small or large groups. Excellent home!

The lake home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Our family had a wonderful time staying here and created so many great memories together. The home was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax.The kitchen was well stocked with the essential cookware, making it easy to prepare meals throughout our stay. Grocery stores and other shopping were conveniently located just a short drive away, which was very helpful.We especially enjoyed spending our days out on the water. The peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway, and the views were gorgeous. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with family, and enjoy quality time together.Overall, we had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable lake vacation.

House was great for a family of 9, with the 4 BR. The house is somewhat in a secluded neighborhood, which is great for privacy. This made groceries and restaurants about 10-15 min away for those who needed it. But all in all, the house was great and probably could use some TLC every year for upkeep. But inside was great and left space for all 9. Owner even helped source a boat for the weekends, which was great for the trip. Would book again in the future

Weekend Getaway

The property has a lot of amenities and is located on Lake Wylie. There are however a few omissions in the description that may be advisable to note. The house is located remotely and directly across from a power plant. Unfortunately during our stay we had indoor pest control issues, namely ants and spiders. Hopefully with some adjustments this property will be a better getaway in the future.

2021 Family Trip

House was beautiful and spacious. Exterior needs some TLC. Ice maker only makes about one glass of ice per day. Gas grill didn’t work. Loved having the family all together. Little beach area made it nice for the little to play.

GREAT Place!

My extended family stayed here for an event in Charlotte and we couldn't have had a better time. The house was luxurious and had plenty of space for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The beach, dock, yard, and grounds were great and the house was very comfortable. Thanks to Tazz for a great stay.

Donna, We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. We do have a landscaper that comes every week. It can be a tough yard to upkeep when there is a period with a lot of rain or guest that are staying for a week or longer. We do the best we can and most of the time it really does look great.
