Offering a Luxury Home on a private peninsula with incredible views, hot tub, decks and a beach! Most feel they are on a private island but we are just 5 minutes from grocery stores and more. (Main channel) Breathtaking property with 360 views and 1000' of lakefront! High end furnishing throughout include Cal King bed downstairs (its own complete unit with 2nd kitchen, living room, laundry, firetable) & upstairs King Master, King bedroom, bunk bed room, Queen and trundle sunroom and extra sofabed in living room. Wrap around decks, kayak, outdoor bar with refrigerator. Start your get away by driving down the private drive, with water on both sides of the drive, pass your own easy access beach for swimming, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing or laying out in the sun on a chaise lounge. Swim dock and boat dock, private boat launch, BYOB (boat). Tether ball, basketball, ping pong, covered veranda with fans, rocking chairs picnic table and BBQ. Fish off of the swim dock or from the beach. Fire pit and fire table. You won't believe this place! We feed the fish daily! (haha they come to our house! With a little luck and the right bait, you'll have a fresh dinner, or just catch and release.)

Private luxury suite downstairs - with Cal king electric bed (1st BR), its own wheelchair accessible entrance, full kitchen, washer/dryer, marble bathroom with dual head shower and double sink, sitting area, flat screen tv, fire table. Direct access to hot tub, beach and beach shack from this level. Separate wheelchair ramp goes to upper level front door from outside (see pictures)

Master bedroom (2nd BR) has king bed, en suite bathroom with shower.
King bedroom (3rd BR). Bunk and boat bedroom (4th BR) has bunk bed with twin over queen and full trundle & boat bed is twin with twin trundle.
Oversized bedroom has a queen bed and day bed (with trundle) and queen blow up (5th BR), large closet and amazing views in the sitting area. Front door has a ramp that is wheelchair accessible. Large dining table. Full additional bath with tub, washer and dryer.
Living room has pull out sofabed.

SEPARATE MOORED HOUSEBOAT AVAIL TO RENT with Cal King and queen sofa bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom with large shower and fully functioning toilet (not a "boat toilet"), flat screen tv.

Our family had a fabulous holiday week in this amazing home. Plenty of room to spend excellent quality family time together and having the two kitchens was a lifesaver. Even at the end of November, the fish were still biting off the swim dock and kayaking was great. The kitchen was fully outfitted with just about every utensil/tool you would need to feed 11 people meals for a week (including a full Thanksgiving dinner). From finding the listing, through reservation confirmation/check-in/check-out Rick, the host, was excellent. Timely, helpful, and friendly communication. Would recommend this property to anyone searching for great accommodations on a private peninsula in close proximity to shopping and entertainment.

Fantastic place!

This was a perfect setting, and the perfect house for the three generations of our family were able to make the trip. The kids really enjoyed the daily trips on the pontoon boat, swimming on the beach, and diving from the dock. The house is very comfortable with lots of room for everyone.

Perfect Peninsula

Our large family had our own peninsula surrounded by water with lots of lake wildlife amongst us as we relaxed in a very comfortable hospitable space.

This is a wonderful property for family and friends to gather!! Its all about the wonderful views from every window to all the outdoor activities! The kitchen is amazing with all the utensils you could possibly desire for dining in. The bedrooms are spacious and did I mention the views from every room?? Fantastic stay. Rick is very prompt to answer any questions about the property and knowledgeable about the area surrounding it. The grocery shopping is quite close by which is a real plus when travelling with growing boys. Highly recommended!!

Christmas Vacation

Had a great time here and we'll save this home for future vacations. My wife said its her favorite place we've stayed at. I appreciated that the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans to cook with. See you in June!

Our group of 10 adults had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out to offer both communal gathering spaces and private areas when needed. We never felt crowded and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools we needed to cook and enjoy group meals, and the house was also well stocked with thoughtful incidental supplies. Our host was very responsive but we did not need much.There were more amenities than we could take advantage of during our five-day stay. That said, the highlight for all of us was the unbeatable experience on the peninsula deck—truly unique and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Fabulous outdoor fun for the whole family

As soon as we arrived the teens hopped out of the car and jumped in the lake to go kayaking! We had 3 generations for a 4th of July week of fun, and everyone agreed that it was wonderful. We grilled dinner outside most days, and went on lots of lake cruises, sometimes towing the children behind. (We rented the pontoon boat, which was fantastic!) The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and utensils, plus lots of dishes. Plus SPICES! Yeah! Excellent for spicing up the ribs and hamburgers to go on the grill! Nice linens, plus beach towels. The week went by so quickly!

Fantastic home!

The house is beautiful--well described by the photos. Our teenage grandchildren immediately started playing ping pong and tetherball. Then they put the kayaks in the water and took off around the peninsula. Our son-in-law caught a 20-30 pound catfish (he was thrown back in after a quick picture). There was plenty of room for all of us (6 adults, 2 teens, a 7-year-old and a 2-year-old). The owners were so easy to work with, and they surprised us with the addition of a brand new hot tub! Everyone said this was the best home we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other cooking and serving equipment. Plenty of silverware and plates, cups and glasses. In addition, the kitchen is stocked with spices, salt and pepper, olive oil. There are plenty of towels, plenty of toilet paper. The beds were extremely comfortable! I hope we will all be able to come back for a repeat visit--the kids and grandkids loved it so much!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a one of a kind vacation property. It has spectacular 360 views and hot tub. A moored houseboat adjacent is also available under separate listing. It also has a private boat launch/ramp, multiple boat docks, a swim dock (very unusual to have both.) 1000' of shoreline. a fun and very functional house, multiple dining areas, a wrap around porch (front, side and back) with rockers and Adirondack chairs, a covered deck with bar and refrigerator on the private beach. The houseboat also has three decks (two covered and one sun deck). Basketball hoop, tether ball, teak chaises, 4 rocking chairs and a bench swing on the veranda. A picnic table and a BBQ. Firepit is awesome for a cozy fire or roasting hotdogs, s'mores, etc. I mean really! Your family is going to love this place, and want to come back every summer! Kayaks and canoe are free for use as well as multiple other water toys including noodles, balls, etc. Let us know if you would like to rent our pontoon or jet ski.

Privacy. Just driving in the private drive down the hill to your own private no neighbors lake house takes you to a very peaceful place.

Easy access beach and boats, no stairs to get to lake! It's just right out your door. There is also a handicap ramp to access the upstairs of the house directly from the driveway.
