This stunning home, with over 4,400 sq.ft. of glorious space, is the perfect spot for you to relax and revive yourself. Enjoy a refreshing swim, a scenic kayak ride, or gather at dusk by the firepit and take in the breathtaking sunset views. With 2 fully stocked kitchens and modern furnishings, its paradise!

The Space:

Immerse yourself in panoramic views of beautiful Lake Wylie from this spectacular waterfront home! You'll enjoy your own private beach area, firepit, and spacious screened porch and deck ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine basking in the stunning lake vistas! Large doors and windows frame the expansive lake views from the interior living space that open to the outside deck. Two fantastic living areas boast modern decor, stunning lake views and tasteful furnishings. Two fully stocked gourmet kitchens with stainless appliances are perfect for large families and inspiring chefs!

Spacious, comfortable and lovely, the 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths provide your family with plenty of room to have fun and relax at this peaceful waterfront property. With 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, a bunkbed room with 5 single beds, a daybed and a comfortable futon, everyone can have their own resting spot to enjoy!

The main level features a wonderful waterfront master bedroom with 1 King bed, 1 daybed, and lake balcony access. There is also a Queen bedroom, 1 full and 1 half bath, stunning gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island, formal dining room and spacious entertainment space.

The lower level boasts a King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, bunkbed room with a total of 5 single beds, 2 full bathrooms, additional kitchen and large entertainment area.

Head to the private beach for a refreshing swim, an afternoon of sunbathing, a scenic kayak ride or a day of Bass fishing. Spend the evening gathered around the outdoor firepit to relax and share stories while watching the incredible sunset over Lake Wylie!

The house was perfect for our needs. The grandkids loved the bunk room and enjoyed playing on the beach. There was a steep walk to the waterfront which was not a problem for us but could be for some. Overall, we were very happy and would stay at this property again.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Hunter was very responsive to my questions leading up to the stay. The privacy of the house was a surprise as it sits in a large subdivision- but you would never know it as the back of the house overlooks Lake Wylie.

Wonderful, large house on a beautiful Lake!

This is a beautiful spacious house right on Lake Wylie in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The house in perfect for two families. The large screened-in porch provided hours of relaxation and a stunning View at both sunrise and Sunset!

Perfect Lake Property for Family Get Together

Our stay was terrific. The house was lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable. The many decks were great places to sit and relax and enjoy the lake view. The property is right on the lake with a small beach area. The grandkids (ages 3 to 9) were able to play and wade and we took advantage of the kayaks. Was perfect for our family get together. Would highly recommend this vacation home. It is exactly as described.

Family gathering all together

Great house on lake Wylie main channel with wonderful views of the water. Stayed 5 nights with 8 adults and 4 children age 2 or under. Tremendous gathering areas inside and on the huge screened porch. Used the fire pit for s’mores with the kids. Used the gas grill for two meals. Loved our stay and would gladly return when we have the family together again.

Awesome lake front property

We loved our stay. The wonderful covered screened deck allowed us to enjoy the spectacular lake views despite rainy weather. Large spacious home with so many comfortable areas for multiple family members to enjoy separate activities. Nicely furnished kitchen dining room made mealtimes wonderful. We look forward to a return.

We lucked out!

Finding a place that sleeps ten adults is tricky. Not only did this house have everything we needed, we lucked out in terms of the beauty and comfort of it. Sitting on the lake in Charlotte, sitting around the firepit at night, and enjoying the community all made our stay an enjoyable one.

Plenty of space!

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay. We traveled to and from the Rockhill sports complex and the location was great for us. Not too busy but close and convenient to grocery stores. The space in the home made it easy for our group to get ready quickly and also made cooking convenient. The kids enjoyed the lake in there down time and that was just entertainment for them. The adults enjoyed sitting outback on the patio conversating. The best part about the stay was it had ample sleeping room and plenty of items to cook with. The price was very reasonable and fair.

Multi generation family stay

Home was as represented and very clean. We were provided a non working code for entering the home and internet information that was incorrect. A few messages back and forth and we were able to accesss both. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful views.
