C'est une maison bien entretenue de style rétro à moins de 2 pùtés de maisons de la promenade et de la plage. Il y a une cuisine complÚte avec tous les appareils nécessaires. Il offre également une chambre principale spacieuse avec une laveuse et une sécheuse. Chaque chambre et salon ont des unités AC. Télévision par cùble et WiFi gratuit disponible. Nous offrons également 2 passes de plage. Il y a un parking dans la rue à l'arriÚre de la propriété ainsi qu'un parking dans la rue (mÚtre).

Enough space to spread out.

My friends and I stayed 4 nights. It was like the listing, and had enough amenities to get by. The screened in porch provided extra space to relax and enjoy. Owner was super responsive.

Amazing stay!

Cleanliness, communication, location, all amazing. Our favorite was the enclosed front porch. The only things i would suggest is a door on the outdoor shower and a cleaner grill outside. They werent necessary for our trip though. Looking forward to booking again!

old school jersey shore

This property is cute and quaint. It was on a quiet end of the street and not a far walk to the boardwalk and the water park. It reminded us of grandma's shore house, instead of something super fancy and way overpriced this was perfect for our small family. It fits the old school jersey shore vibe.

Everything was wonderful

Cute place with everything we needed. I loved the location- close enough to everything and a little out of the way, so it was nice and quiet. Much larger inside than I expected, which was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Best of all, the communication with the property owner was amazing- Chris was very responsive to any and every question, providing all of the information we needed to make sure our stay was a great experience. I hope it’s available next time I go to Seaside, it will definitely be my first choice.

Great House!!

We enjoyed our stay in this shore house... it was just the right amount of distance from the noise of the boardwalk but not too far to walk! It's very comfortable with AC in each room and we loved having laundry available. The front porch/breezeway was a favorite and I spent a lot of time there relaxing and reading. Chris was very receiving of all our questions and went out of his way to help with anything. We would like to stay here again next year!

Great location

The house is great for basic accommodations - economical and great location. I stayed with my college aged daughters and their friends for a week. The house is about 2 blocks from the boardwalk & beach - easy walk. The kitchen has general appliances, except it does not have a dishwasher, but we didn't mind. I reached out to the owner a few times and he was quick to reply. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

It was a ok stay

People upstairs was jumping all night blasting music. Homeowner texted me 6:30 in the morning to take out garbage to the street check out is at 11. The cleaner was there at 11:10 so we was rushing out of there I wouldn’t recommend.

The perfect rental for quickie Jersey Shore trip

Everything was as advertised — from closeness to beach/boardwalk to cleanliness. Two things not advertised but should be noted: 1. The WiFi is incredible especially if you have multiple people working at the same time. BIG difference from other spots. 2. The infamous Jersey Shore siren is right across the lot from this property. If you’re not aware of the siren, it will startle the heck of you — especially young kids, pets (neither of which impacted me) and those who completely forgot about this Jersey Shore landmark. Chris is great to deal with. So I vote that you stop looking and stay here — you won’t be disappointed.

Good location but needs a few improvements

The house is a few blocks from the beach and the owner was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Compared to other 3 bedroom rentals in the area it was economical. There is an upper unit which looks to be remodeled but our lower unit was much older. This did not bother us except for a few items that need repair (mainly in the bathroom). When we entered the home there was a very strong odor in the kitchen. There were 5 scent plug ins placed throughout the house. These did not help mask the odor. The rest of the house did not have this same odor (the bedrooms were okay). We tried air conditioning and getting some airflow in the kitchen but the odor did not improve (possibly something in the walls or flooring?). Overall this house is no frills and needs some TLC but we appreciated the location and friendliness of the owner.

Great location

The location was perfect walking distance to the pier and water park. Love saving on parking. Two spots if you move the cars around a little. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy but not much you can do about that. Overall very good time. Much better then staying in a hotel.

Overall stay was nice. I would suggest replacing the lock on the back door. And add an additional key. Had problems opening it. Same thing on the front screen door. A few updates- upgrades would make this house more desirable. Thanks

Awesome location!

This is our second time renting this house. It is about 2 blocks from the board walk. My wife and I said it's the perfect location. Close enough to all of the fun but yet far enough so it doesn't spill into your evening. Our kids (7 & 9) really enjoyed the space to run around. There is an outside shower that is very convenient as the board walk showers can be a bit packed at times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thanks again!

Great location

We had a great stay at this house, very spacious and close to the beach and boardwalk. Loved this beach town! The house was clean, and overall we had a good stay. My only recommendation would be an extra tv or two in the bedrooms. The house only had one working tv in the living room.

Great location and great host

The house is 4 and half minutes walk to the board walk, Chris left 2 Beach passes for you to use, yes, you have to pay for the access to the beach, $10 per day. So that is a big help. He had Mike to deliver the spring box, so we have a new bed for one bedroom, that is nice too. Chris is very responsive and responsible, we stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Chris!
