This family-friendly beach-block apartment in a 2-family home is best suited for guests seeking a relaxed, respectful stay and is not available for parties or group gatherings. If you’re looking for lively nightlife or late-night entertaining, this may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, beautifully renovated space close to everything — you’ve found it.

Communication
• The primary guest must provide a valid phone number after booking for check-in coordination and emergency purposes

Parking
• 1 designated driveway parking spot (1 vehicle only); please do not block the driveway at any time
• 1 parking pass provided for a second street-parked vehicle ($500 fee if lost)
• Street parking is free in the off-season; passes are required April 1–October 31
• Do not park in neighbors’ driveways or the adjacent empty lot (risk of towing)

• Check-in: After 4 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Late check-out may result in a $150 fee

Booking Requirements
• Minimum age to book: 27
• Booking guest must stay for the entire reservation; only registered guests are allowed on the property
• No third-party bookings (including parents booking on behalf of children)
• Valid ID may be required
• This unit is for short term rentals only. Maximum stay limit of 28 nights. No reservation will be approved over 28 nights.
• Guests must have a strong history of positive reviews; we reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet this standard

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you get settled, including toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, coffee bags, sugar, and creamer pods.
The unit is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and a small bottle of laundry detergent for your use.
From time to time, previous guests may leave unopened or extra items behind. You’re welcome to use anything available in the unit. However, please plan to bring any additional or specialty supplies you may need for the duration of your stay.
