Beautiful Home!

This property is truly one of a kind. The photos do not represent how gorgeous this home is...I was simply amazed at the cozy and comfortable feel. Every detail was well though out. And the gardens and out door space...beyond idyllic. The location is perfect...easy walking to town, shops, restaurants...wow! Last but not least, our hostess was on top of anything we needed and gave us lots of good ideas for sights to see, restaurants, beach access and more!We will most certainly will be back.

Elegance and snacks!

We were welcomed to the house with a selection of gourmet snacks and wine by our gracious host. The House is warm and inviting with country French decor and many comfy cozy places to sit and ready both indoors and out. A short walk brings you to both Butterfly Beach and the Coral Casino or to the restaurant row of lower Montecito village. A perfect place for an important anniversary or like us, a place of refuge after the fire. Quiet and placid with all the amenities of home. You will love it.

Fabulous

Our family stayed as part of a celebration for my eldest son’s birthday. The house is very pretty with a lovely garden, seating areas and a nice pool. Very short walk to Butterfly Beach and to Montecito Village. Ideal, as it meant we didn’t have to take the car out all the time. When we arrived Sandra told us that one of the showers wasn’t working properly and offered to refund us some of the money we paid due to this. It was out of order for only a couple of days. This was impressive customer service and much appreciated. We have already received the refund only a day after we left. Sandra is very friendly and caring and was really kind to my 2 grandchildren. We also enjoyed meeting Jack, her Lovely dog! We had a lovely family reunion - thank you for your hospitality.

Paradise

Beautiful and breezy location with an abundance of beautiful flora and fauna to admire. Easy walk into village with wonderful restaurants...our particular favorites were Lilac Patisserie (we went to both locations: Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara) and Tre Lune. We also enjoyed a fabulous al fresco dining experience at the house on the nicely appointment patio. A lovely cresent moon graced us for our the entire time we were there. It was hard to leave!

Another great stay at Butterfly beach House

This was our 2nd stay at the Butterfly Beach House. Like our first stay, the home was perfect for our family. Butterfly Beach House is comfortable and you can't beat the location with easy access to the Butterfly Beach and the shops/restaurants in Montecito.

Perfect location! Charming home!

Beauty All Around

This home had so much beauty to behold, both inside and out. It was a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving break with the beach nearby, we could walk to the shore, cup of coffee in hand, and enjoy the Butterfly Beach morning and night. The sunsets were my fav!

Perfect stay. The house exceeded expectations and they were already high! The location could not have been better and the garden was an inspiration. Beautiful Place

Host was very helpful and welcoming g but also gave us privacy and relaxation. House was equips with games, ping pong, croquet, some arm weights, pool floats and all beach supplies so easy to access. We loved our stay here. Walked to beach and Montecito. Easy 6 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Best vacation we’ve had in years w out 5 kids, age 16-25.

Best Vrbo Rental Ever

Outstanding! The Butter Fly Beach House is spectacular in every regard. My family of five has been using Vrbo for many years, and we've rented houses in Hawaii, both coasts, the mid-west, Barcelona, Madrid, and Florence, but this Montecito property is the single best Vrbo home we have ever rented anywhere by a landslide. It's the perfect place for a family, with an incredible attention to detail. I'm a 60-year old lawyer and law professor who preaches attention to detail to students and younger lawyers as the key to success in any profession, and Sandra (the owner) has mastered that in her industry. The architecture and house are gorgeous (I want to buy it!), the gardening is superb, the interior is perfectly appointed and equipped with everything you might need, and the location is perfect between Butter Fly Beach and Coastal Village Road. Just superb in every regard. Sandra is delightful to work with, and we can't thank her enough!

Our Favorite VROB House

Once again, Butterfly Beach House was the best rental for our family celebration. Four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and everything you could need for relaxing time. Great appiances, beach gear, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen utensils and pots, lovely outdoor spaces as well as beautiful common areas inside. Our host was all ready for us but did not bother us at all. A perfect spot for all ages to hang out together.
