Superbe unité au 4ème étage avec vue sur le 18ème trou avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et la fontaine éclairée! L'ascenseur facilite l'accès au 4ème étage. Condo est à distance de marche du Clubhouse, Centre communautaire et piscine et centre de tennis! Commencez votre journée avec une partie de golf ou détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, à vous de choisir car cette communauté active a tout pour plaire!

Les commodités Heritage Palms incluent: Deux terrains de golf de 18 trous, TROIS restaurants, une communauté de tennis active, une jetée de pêche, un ballon de basketball, un terrain de jeu, un terrain de pétanque et deux nouveaux terrains de pickleball en construction. Le bar Tiki Hut situé à l'arrière du complexe est un excellent moyen de regarder votre match préféré sur l'un des 8 téléviseurs à écran plat pendant que le reste de l'équipe se détend dans le bain à remous ou se couche au bord de la piscine.

Tout est idéalement situé à proximité des terrains de baseball (entraînement de printemps des Twins et des Red Sox), de l’aéroport, des boutiques et des plages. Ce condo propre et bien entretenu de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour relaxant et agréable sous le soleil de la Floride. Daniel was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We loved the condo and didn’t need anything that wasn’t available. Heritage palms was a nice place with friendly residents and staff. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to this area and looking for these amenities.

Enjoyable relaxing stay

This property is very nice. Quiet and relaxing with a great lanai view of the golf course and pond. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Heritage Palms is an amazing property.

Spacious condo with many Heritage Palms amenities

The spacious condo with screened porch overlooked an active golf fairway and a peaceful lake. The Heritage Palms complex had Excellent walking trails, biking areas, pickle ball and tennis facilities, golfing and multiple swimming pools. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut/Bar pool the best. Also, the food at the Tiki Hut/Bar and the Clubhouse Grill was excellent and very reasonably priced. Talk with Dan (your host) about qualifying to take advantage of the amenities package.

We love Heritage Palms

This is a third year renting in Heritage Palms but our first stay at this particular condo. Dan was extremely responsive, which was very much appreciated. The online pictures of the condo are not accurate in that the indoor and outdoor furnishings were different upon arrival than pictured online. The kitchen could have been slightly better stocked, especially cleaning supplies and utensils, especially forks. The description says there is a toaster, but it is a toaster oven, which is altogether different than a toaster. These are small suggestions, which would never deter renting here, but it would’ve been helpful to know these things before arrival.

Terrible experience

If you want a good condo in this community they you should look elsewhere. The condo had undisclosed damage when we arrived. The screened lanai had ripped and torn screens which caused an infestation of insects in the lanai, and in the living area of the condo. We reported this to the owner immediately. He continually promised throughout our stay to have the repairs made, but failed to do so. Additionally, included in our booking was the use of certain community amenities including access to the clubhouse dining room, grille room and bar; and access to the community pool. During our stay, we were denied access to those amenities. The owner says it was beyond his control. We requested the owner to compensate us for these problems, but he has refused to do so.

Great experience renting from Dan at Heritage Palms! Dan was prompt with responses for any inquiries and his rental property was great for us during the off-season at Fort Myers. We've enjoyed our time here and would recommend to any interested in a golf country club experience.

Great location in Heritage Palms!

Condo is located right next to the club pool/golf and across from the activities center/gym. Loved our 1 month stay and the owner was great to work with! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable condo in nice community

Condo is comfortable and stocked with all the linens and kitchen items you need. Carpet is new. Furniture is clean. 4th floor view will be nice when golf hole construction is finished.

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed this rental and can’t wait to go back! The accommodations were great and exceptionally clean. Everything you would need is included. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches. Heritage Palms is beautiful and people are extremely nice. Beautiful Tiki Bar with pool, satellite pools, gym is brand new and of course the 2 golf courses. If we had questions or concerns the condo owner was very helpful and responded to us quickly. Will definitely return!
