Bienvenue dans votre espace calme et paisible au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec deux chambres Ă  coucher, un salon et une salle Ă  manger, une cuisine, une salle de bain dans l’un des meilleurs quartiers de l’est de Vancouver. Nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  12 min Ă  pied du mĂ©tro aĂ©rien (ou 4 min en bus), qui vous mĂšnera au centre-ville en 17 min. Dans la direction opposĂ©e, Burnaby abrite l’un des plus grands centres commerciaux, la ville la plus verte de la rĂ©gion mĂ©tropolitaine de Vancouver. Épicerie, restaurants, un grand parc de la forĂȘt tropicale ancienne est Ă  une courte distance de marche. Un hĂ©bergement propre et moderne dans un emplacement parfait. The space was exactly as described and was super easy check in and hassle free check out. Marina was great at communicating clearly and in a timely way. Will definitely stay again and recommend this place.

We arrived after dark and were so appreciative of Marina's text with address & details which meant I didn't have to search on my phone. I was even more grateful & reassured when Marina stepped outdoors to say my name and walked us to our door and turned on lights, and welcomed us. So kind & gracious.Our vacation rental was so clean, comfortable, spacious, safe & quiet. Parking was easy and free in a quiet neighborhood. The skytrain station is a short walk away and was easy to use. The rental had a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, electric water kettle, instapot, all the things. Very tastefully decorated with nice landscape and floral paintings which I was so happy to learn Marina painted.Marina was very welcoming and available, just the right amount of contact & messaging. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed sightseeing and meeting our future daughter-in-law's family. Very restful home-away-from-home.We will stay here again when we're able to visit Canada again in the future.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. It’s close to the airport, the SkyTrain, buses, grocery stores, and much more! The place was very comfortable and gave us a real sense of feeling at home and safe. We would happily stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay here! Easy parking and close to skytrain too, nice quiet area but close to everything you need. Also lots of amenities to make the stay comfortable and easy. Thank you!

My family and I really loved staying here. Marina the hostess communicated fully and clearly in the lead up to our vacation and was very kind and generous with our requests and needs throughout. The place housed 5 of us quite comfortably. The shower in the bathroom is beautiful! We loved the fact that it was only 3 minutes to the grocery store and that we could walk to the SkyTrain and easily catch buses to downtown and UBC from the location. I would highly recommend this place!

Convenient location to public transportation and amenities. Garden is beautiful. Property is well maintained. Beds are firm, location is quiet. Some noise can be heard from main level occupants, not unreasonable.

We really enjoyed our one week here! The property is very close to a grocery shop, and 5 min to bus / 17 min walking to SkyTrain. It has 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed. Expect to hear some steps above, since host lives upstairs. Marina was very quick to answer any concerns/messages. I recommend staying here!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Vom Schuhlöffel bis zur KochschĂŒrze. Marina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Parkplatz gab es immer auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus.

quiet oasis in the big city

we enjoyed 4 nights in this exceptionally clean and well decorated suite. The neighborhood is single family residential with amazing treed streets and very quiet. Our host, Marina was accessible and very helpful.

It was an enjoyabe stay.

Listing is as described! Host was very helpful and excellent with communication. Very clean place! The only thing I'd say is the beds were a bit stiff for my liking, but the couch was ultimately the comfiest of them all, like a cloud. Thank you Marina for the enjoyable and pleasant accommodation! Very safe and convenient location, the host is very friendly and reliable, there is a great park nearby for short walks, very accessible to downtown area, great place for a lot of food. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would go back.

Excellent place for families

We had an excellent time at Marina's apartment! She is so kind and her home had everything we needed. We were concerned as her home is above the apartment and we had our two daughters ages 6 and 7 with us but noise didn't seem to be a problem. You can hear some light foot steps at times upstairs but nothing to lose sleep over or anything like that! Overall great place for your trip to Vancouver:)

Clean stay in Vancouver

Marina made the perfect Euroflat for our one night in Vancouver. The beds are comfy and rooms separated by a tiny tv room. Without daylight and WiFi this isn’t an extended stay option but her gardens are lovely and the neighborhood has great restaurants. We loved our super tidy overnight that

Surbaban stay

Vancouver is a great place to visit and this location although a little outside the city was convenient. With a car, the location was easy to get about and parking was plentiful. Communication was easy. The place was as expected, although a few quirky notes plasted about regarding do and donts (such as - only use fan in bathroom when absolutely necessary, don't close cupboard door, arrange time to use laundry) were not the standard quiet hours, no smoking etc. You can hear people walking about upstairs so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Overall a nice place.
