Appartement de quartier confortable à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville

L'appartement est à Casa del Barrio, est un bâtiment avec trois appartements, celui-ci est pour le niveau du sol. Dans la finale de la description se trouvent les autres numéros de liste. Vérifiez les commentaires. Je vivais dans cet endroit jusqu'en août 2019, je déménage dans un endroit plus grand avec ma famille, mais je veux toujours revenir à Jalatlaco.
Si vous recherchez un appartement proche du centre-ville ou des écoles d’espagnol, vous l’avez trouvé. Idéal pour les familles ou deux couples ou un groupe d'amis, avec trois chambres et trois salles de bain complètes, une pour chaque chambre. Cuisine complète tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner de délicieux repas, le salon avec deux canapés, une télévision et une table à manger. Terraza intérieur avec fontaine, hamaca, idéal pour se détendre et lire.
Wi-Fi disponible et télévision par câble, quelques chaînes en anglais. Sentez-vous dans un environnement cousy, avec des décorations d’Oaxaca et des peintures d’artistes familiaux.
Permettez-moi de parler de Jalatlaco, du quartier, du centre-ville, du calme, du quartier historique, des rues pavées, des habitants prennent l'habitude de prendre des photos dans cette rue. C'est un quartier traditionnel, idéal pour les fêtes de la Semana Santa, de Muertos, comparsa locale et danse pendant ces jours.

We had so much space to spread out - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and two enclosed patio spaces, and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. The colorful houses and cobblestone streets were a joy to walk through every morning. We were able to access nearly all the sites and attractions we wanted to visit on foot, and didn't have a bad meal while we were there. It was a good abode to come back to each night.

A great 16 day stay in Oaxaca

A wonderful cozy 3 bedroom apartment located in the best part of Oaxaca. Great restaurants nearby and historic downtown just a short walk away. Ricardo was always available and extremely helpful! Loved our time here!

Property is in a great location. Close to the Zocalo and other many coffee shops and restaurants. Is located in one of the prettiest sides of Oaxaca City. Place is big enough for a group of 6. Is in a quite area. Property is clean, but bathrooms could use a little extra cleaning. Overall place is great!

This property is located in Jalaltaco, a safe/quaint little cobblestone neighborhood, only 10 minutes away from downtown Oaxaca and the Andadero Turistico. The apartment is in good condition and Ricardo was great at responding when we had questions or needed help with something.

Perfect location

We absolutely could not have found a more perfect location to stay at for dia de los muertos! The neighborhood was beautiful, the house was amazing, and Ricardo was so easy to get in touch with! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oaxaca. We will definitely book here again the next time we are there!

Great Location

We have rented Ricardo’s apartments multiple times because of their proximity to our families’ homes in Jalatlaco. The neighborhood is full of life, many places to eat and walking distance to El Centro. The apartment is spacious and private.

Super Apartment and Location

Very well appointed and equipped apartment on a very quiet street in the famous barrio of Jalatlaco. Ricardo was very attentive as were his two cleaning ladies. We would very definitely stay here again and highly recommend it with no hesitation. in a wondeful barrio od Oaxaca.

Cute location, charming home

We picked this house to be close to Oaxaca Centro but didn’t know much about Jalatlaco. The home is on the most charming and colorful street surrounded by cafes, galleries, and nice shops. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the courtyard and hammock.

A great location in Jalatlaco, very clean and excellent for 4

We stayed 2 weeks during Day of the Dead and you could not have asked for a better location. Our street was quiet and the comparsas (parades) were far enough way that the noise did not bother us. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and about a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo. The owner, Ricardo, was responsive to any question or concern we had.

Loved this apartment. Stayed from 7/17-7/24Apartment was cleaned, very good location. Walking distance to Zocalo. Ricardo was very helpful and accommodating since we needed an extra mattress, he added an extra bed instead!Really nice to provide a 5 gallon water jug for us. We were very confortable and felt safe walking home at night. Everything worked in the house. Patio was cute. Would stay again in this apartment!

Oaxaca in May

Ricardo was awesome! We asked if he could arrange a car to pick us up from the airport and he came and picked us up himself. Great directions to downtown and restaurants. The apartment was fantastic. Roomy living/dining area was quite comfortable. If you like very firm beds, you will be quite happy! Location was the star here. Very cool neighborhood! Tons of street art and 10min walk to the Zocalo and all the cool restaurants. We will definitely stay here when we return!

Great location

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful murals at every turn. It is within walking distance to many tourists sites and restaurants for those who don’t mind 20 to 30 minute walks. It comfortably sleeps 5 adults and having 3 bathrooms was ideal for our group. The common areas aren’t as big as they look in pictures, but comfortable enough. Ricardo was receptive and provided the necessary information to access the apartment the week of our arrival. I would consider staying in this apartment again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment is cozy, well located and fairly well maintained, Ricardo, the owner is helpful and readily available, although needs some upkeep since it was low in elemental items (glasses, drinking cups, bowls, etc) but overall it was a good experience. We could easily return to it sometime in the future

Great location

Our stay here was great for 4 adults. We had plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms gave everybody there own space. The central outdoor patio was excellent and provided a nice retreat from the mid-day sun. The kitchen had all the basics, but with so many great restaurants around we did not cook at home that much. There is laundry one block down the street (Lavandería de Rosi) that provided excellent service. Overall, the place was perfect for our needs and being on the first floor was cool especially at night--which was nice to get a good night sleep (some apartments higher up in Oaxaca remain hot throughout the night). Great neighbourhood with restaurants nearby. As well there is a Polideportivo complex nearby for nice walks or runs.
