The location is great, so many things within walking distance. The apartment was exactly how it was described and the host was nice and attentive. He even took time to stop by and drop off cookies to welcome us. We definitely enjoyed our stay would come back. Thank you for sharing this great place, Alberto.

Location in Oaxaca center could not be better. Safe and comfortable, very clean with all the amenities we were looking for. Large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and stove, air conditioning. If I were returning this would be my first choice over any hotel.

This was a great spot! Very very clean and comfortable, great location, nice little outdoor seating space. Beto, our host, checked in with us over the stay to make sure all was well and even brought us pastries one morning. Lovely.

Great spot in a great location

The apartment is super central, in the best possible location to walk downtown where all the festivities were taking place. Communication with host was great and he was always willing to help with recommendations. The place was clean as well and it was nice to have AC.

Quick response and information given by host. Rooms are big, pictures make no justice. Very quiet even though it is in a busy street. Kitchen is well equipped. Restroom had everything we needed. Place is clean and quiet. Close to everything.

Let's put it simply: all of my friends have been begging me for the information from Alberto's place so they can stay here the next time they come. It's THAT good! The photos are incredibly accurate if not underselling the space. It's CLEAN, CLOSE, and COMFORTABLE! Alberto would send notes unsolicited just to check to make sure all was ok. Location is perfect and it's around the corner from my new favorite coffee place Acopalé. Luckily, I get to stay another week here! Muchas gracias, Alberto!

This is a very nice, exceptionally clean rental. Nicely private. Fairly quiet at night so good for sleep but quite a busy street in the daytime can be noisy. Access to many cafes and restaurants nearby. Grocery very close and convenience store on corner. Laundry up the street (requires 24 hours). Water warm for shower and feels good after a long day walking around. Definitely would stay here again anytime. Wish we were at one like it in Huatulco. Gracias Alberto.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect! There was a convenience store steps away where we purchased water and other small items. We found great coffee place a block away and the best tacos we ever had a block away in another direction. We went to the same breakfast place each morning just past the corner store.Of course we were also in the center of shops and historic buildings. We took several tours out of the city center, but we walked everywhere else. This was a fantastic trip and this cozy home away from home played an important part in our experience. The his is very responsive. We needed remote batteries for the tv and he not only brought the batteries but the most wonderful pastries. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Es una opción excelente para pasar tus mejores dias en Oaxaca, un lugar muy acogedor con todas las comodidades y amenidades para hacer tu viaje perfecto, esta muy cerca de muchos de los lugares turísticos y recomendados para conocer. La atención de Beto se agradece mucho, siempre esta al pendiente. Sin dudarlo me hospedaria de nuevo.

Coming to Oaxaca is a magical experience. Staying at this home was magnificent. The attention to detail is palpable in every corner, so much character, modern yet traditional. Very central to ALL activities, within walking distance to museums, shops, restaurants, etc. The management is outstanding and decoration once more top notch to inspire a joyful and restful retreat at end of day. I traveled with two teens and thanks to this team for memories to last a life time.

We stayed in Oaxaca for three nights and this was the perfect place to stay! The flat was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, we could walk to wherever we needed to go. Alberto gave us really good suggestions including where to go to dinner.
