Hodnett Cooper est heureux de présenter ce condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain au St. Copropriété Simons Beach Club.

Les jardins joliment aménagés sont agrémentés de chênes majestueux recouvrant l'entrée sécurisée, de feuillages tropicaux embellissant la cour et d'une grande pelouse en front de mer.

Au cœur du Beach Club, vous trouverez une grande piscine en bord de mer, un bassin séparé pour enfants et deux bains à remous isolés. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent un accès direct à la plage, des barbecues, un court de tennis, un centre de remise en forme et un centre d'affaires.

Perfect location

We loved staying here. Pool was perfect and just steps to the beach. Quick drive for food or could have even walked! Never had an issue with parking!

Great Condo for Families

We loved our stay at the Beachclub. Easy walk to the beach and great pool for our 2 kids. The condo was very clean, and had a nice patio for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

I don’t often leave reviews, but I feel compelled here to share our great experience at this property. We are frequent visitors to Saint Simons, and I was impressed with this property! The location was excellent- beach access (right between East Beach and King and Prince) and the pool was beautiful and welcoming! We had an amazing view of the ocean and pool from our balcony and took it all in! Very close to all the shops and restaurants in the Village area, parking was convenient, and check in/out process was a breeze! Will stay here again for sure!

Short getaway

Short getaway with the family. Had a great stay, the property was very nice just as described in listing. Close to all the things we were interested in doing. We will definitely be staying there again.

The condo was nice, the pictures were taken right after the remodel, so it had some bumps and imperfections, by now nothing major. The main bath tile is nasty looking around the toilet. The pool are was very nice, but it’s a long not so nice walk to the beach. The restaurants are near by and really good places to eat. Over all it was a good trip.

Wonderful, relaxing space

The location is amazing. This condo is so lovely, comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed the patio and views of the garden and ocean. One tiny downside was the hot tubs were not working properly. But, the pool was amazing and the whole property is well kept and welcoming.

Nicely renovated

We've stayed at Beach Club a few times. It's good value for the price. This particular unit was my favorite, as it is newly and nicely renovated. Regarding the property overall, the parking garage really needs to be addressed - tiny spaces with no room for error when backing up.

Fantastic condo Rental

Newly remodeled and super clean, great view from balcony, this rental had everything we look for in a property. Pool area was great except it really need more umbrellas for shade. Only 4 for 150 capacity... not really helpful. Otherwise great, quiet and well maintained.

Nice location

The location of the condo is perfect for getting to the beach and also having a view! A few things we noticed is the master bedroom mattress is extremely lumpy and extra soft, it makes for a sore back the next day. It would be helpful to have starter kits of shampoo & conditioner along with general cooking basics like olive oil, spices & sugar, charcoal for the grills. Groups like us bringing two small kids we don’t think of things like that until we don’t have them.

St Simons

It was a great week! The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The only thing I would have like to see that even though the building was oceanfront, the condo was ocean VIEW only. Also, only the hot tubs were not very hot at all and the jets were about worn out. The tubs should be replaced or at least repaired. All in all the week was very good and I would go back to the island but probably stay where I could see the sunrise (or sunset) from my balcony.

Beautiful condo

Recently renovated and was beautiful. Loved all the communications through email. Made everything very easy. I made a mistake when paying and contacted Vrbo and the condo directly and both were very helpful.

Nice!

The unit was nice. We had an issue with the refrigerator. All of the contents were frozen - multiple times. We adjusted the temperature but this did not help. The rental office called to tell us the owner was stopping by within the hour to install something in the refrigerator. We thought - oh great, he will be fixing the refrigerator. He didn’t show. Or if he did later in the day, it did not correct the problem. Also, the HVAC smelled like mildew in the spare bedroom.
