Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 323 offers a beautiful ocean view across the courtyard. Beach Club 323 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Extremely clean, beautiful condo!

We are very particular about cleanliness, and this condo was very clean! Especially having a baby who is crawling around everywhere, there was no dirt on her after crawling all over the floor. Condo is beautifully decorated with stunning views of the beach and condo landscape. Condo is quiet, felt very family friendly, in a gated community, and the walk to the beach is very doable even with a toddler/baby. Very close to coffee, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We will be returning!

The perfect spot

The property was wonderful. It had two hot tubs and a pool for the kids and conveniently located right on the beach. Also walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

September Get-Away

This was one of my best vacations. It provided all that I was looking for. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was just as pictured on the website. The property was wonderful -- the pool area beautiful, safe parking, and was very quiet -- the other guests or owners were very pleasant. Also, the property management group (Hodnett Cooper) communicated well, giving me instructions on check-in, check-out, and follow-up the day after my arrival to verify that all was OK and a number to call if I needed anything -- this was much appreciated. Also, the VayK Gear rental process was very helpful and delivered as promised. I hope to stay in this community again. Thank you to all that made my stay very enjoyable.

Right on the Beach

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was right above one of the jacuzzis and was a bit noisy on a couple of nights, but the view made up for that.The only recommendation I have is that you bring your own laundry and dishwasher soap. Also, there are only two beach chairs and no beach towels.
