Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 323 offers a beautiful ocean view across the courtyard. Beach Club 323 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Condo on the Beach
Condo is perfect for a weeks day, views were lovely, and is centrally located to so many wonderful activities on the island.

Amazing condo, steps from the beach.
We loved the Beach Club and the #323! The rooms were clean, check in was a breeze, and the pool and beach access were amazing.

Extremely clean, beautiful condo!
We are very particular about cleanliness, and this condo was very clean! Especially having a baby who is crawling around everywhere, there was no dirt on her after crawling all over the floor. Condo is beautifully decorated with stunning views of the beach and condo landscape. Condo is quiet, felt very family friendly, in a gated community, and the walk to the beach is very doable even with a toddler/baby. Very close to coffee, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We will be returning!
