Ceci est un condo en bord de mer qui offre 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et est situé au troisième étage. Une vue magnifique sur l'océan et les espaces communs!

L'unité a été bien mise à niveau et comprend toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable. Les couleurs et la décoration tropicales créent une atmosphère de détente - un endroit parfait pour rentrer à la maison après une journée d'exploration. Le salon comprend des fenêtres du sol au plafond offrant une vue sur l'océan et dispose d'un canapé-lit afin que l'unité puisse accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La chambre principale contient un lit King et comprend une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. Il y a une chambre supplémentaire avec un lit Queen qui donne accès à une salle de bain commune, également avec une douche à l'italienne. L'unité comprend le WIFI gratuit et une laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal pleine grandeur.

Sea Village, un développement respectueux de l'environnement de quatre bâtiments (pas plus de 3 étages), dispose d'une piscine et d'un spa face à l'océan avec une vue incroyable sur Kailua Kona! Il y a quatre barbecues à gaz avec des tables de pique-nique adjacentes à la piscine et les terrains sont méticuleusement entretenus!
Le village historique de Kailua-Kona se trouve à quelques pas du village de la mer et est très pittoresque, avec beaucoup de charme et de bonnes boutiques au bord de l'eau. Il y a aussi plusieurs grands terrains de golf à proximité. Il y a tellement de choses à faire pour rester actif, ou vous ne pouvez rien faire et vous détendre sur la plage. Great stay!

Very easy check in process and the app was helpful to use if my group and I needed anything to refer to.we were unable to get the dishwasher to start but otherwise the condo is amazing and well kept.

Awesome Location

We loved this place and the chec-in process was very smooth and easy. Our family enjoyed the view and the pool along with sunsets and BBQ's. It was a quiet location and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. Accommodated our family of 6.

Great experience at sea village

We had a great first time on big island staying in Sea Village! We ran into one issue (dishwasher didn’t work) but the property manager took care of it quickly! This location is only a mile to downtown shops, a fairly easy walk. The pool was very nice and our three year old loved it! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Peaceful

Perfect place to relax in Kona. The only drawback is no a/c. However sleeping with the ocean breeze was idyllic. The pool was wonderful and the grills were clean. We really enjoyed our week.

Amazing Holiday!

Everthing was perfect. Pool was a fantastic temp and always chairs to be had. Whale viewing off the Lanai. Easy walk into town or a short 8$ Uber. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Very Nice Place to Stay!!

This was a great place to stay with an amazing location, views, and amenities. The place is clean and very cute. The beds are comfy. The parking is super easy. The place is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall the apartment was amazing. I will say it got very very hot without AC. But other than that, it was superb!

Beautiful condo and location

This condo was accurate to the description and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and the view from the lanai even better. We spent a lot of time sitting out watching the activity going on at the pool, garden area and ocean. There was an ant issue, which the management took care of immediately upon being contacted. We would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect in every way

Sea Village 3306 was a great condo and location. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The view was wonderful, with the courtyard, pool and ocean all within sight. The property was well maintained and closely located to the shops and restaurants/bars in town. We walked into town more than once and felt safe at night as well. We loved our time in Kona and at Sea Village and would definitely come back again!

Will stay again.

This resort is super clean. There’s people out cleaning the bbq’s, pool, benches, tables, poolside lounge chairs daily. The condo it’s self was very clean as well. They had every thing we needed. Appliances were all updated. Very very nice. We will stay here next time we go to the big island. It’s close enough to Kona to walk to down town.

Beautiful view and comfortable

Loved this unit. Kitchen remodel is beautiful with great appliances. Washer and dryer are full size and refrigerator had filtered water and ice. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Unit did not have ac which was an oversight on my part but ended up not being too bad as weather cooperated.

This property provided an exceptional vacation experience. The cleanliness and well-maintained state of the accommodation spoke volumes about the care and attention to detail invested by the hosts. The property's location made it a convenient base for exploration and enjoyment. Communicating with the property manager is prompt. Love Sea Village

This is the fifth time my husband and I have stayed at Sea Village, but the first time in condo 3306. This condo was renovated and nicely decorated. However, we did have an issue with a possible rodent that ate half of a banana. We contacted the office and they sent an exterminator over right away, who set some traps. We also had trouble with flies getting in through a broken screen. The exterminator said he would contact the owner and notify them. We did enjoy the grills. We took advantage of the beach towels and the concierge as well. Overall, we loved Kona!
