Located on the ground floor of a 3-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. This lovely condo has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience and is your perfect vacation accommodation!

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled, and we now have our A/C with blowers in both bedrooms and living room!

Love kona

Very nice property, great location- loved walking to Kona, close to everything. Kitchen is well equipped, saw whales, dolphins, swimmers, canoes every day! Great pool/ barbecue area

Excellent condo on the ground floor. Beautifully finished and well maintained. Air conditioning worked excellently, keeping the unit at a very comfortable temperature. Great views of Kona and spinner dolphins from the lanai.

Property is truly a home away from home! Close by beaches and markets and a short drive/bike to downtown Kona. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Relaxing stay with everything you could need!

We stayed for a week and found the condo to have everything we could need - the kitchen was very well stocked (including a blender, much appreciated!), the beds were comfortable, there were many towels, etc. Everything was very clean and the view was gorgeous - we enjoyed watching both sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the stay

The location is great, the view from the lanai terrific and on-site pool was very nice. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The kitchen was well-appointed and included many staples that made eating in easy to do. We loved it!

Perfect in every way!!

What a fantastic property. Right on the ocean and walking distance to downtown Kona. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for two couples. Holly was the perfect host! Will definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay. Very clean property. There is AC in the living room but not in the bedrooms. We slept with windows open and did not have much of an issue but wish there was AC.Lots is stuff in kitchen. Very centrally located. Would stay again if needed

Beautiful Condo at Sea Village

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Village! Holly was a wonderful host and was available with any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was well-equipped for our needs. The air conditioning worked well; we appreciated it being in both bedrooms and the main living space. It was a beautiful rental!

Just the break we needed

This property was just right for our trip. Very well equipped, convenient, and clean. The only negative we had and this is a personal preference, the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Kona ocean front escspe

This property was the perfect location for our adventure on the Big Island. It was spacious enough for two couples but would be great for a family, too. We really enjoyed watching whales from the lanai and the waves were hypnotic. The condo was well equipped, clean, and quiet (except for the doves whose idea of morning was a little different than mine lol.) We will definitely be back!
