Nouvelle liste! Superbe maison vintage dans l'une des plus belles rues de Santa Rosa, magnifiquement rénovée en 2018. Emplacement idéal pour votre retraite Wine Country! À distance de marche du centre-ville avec des restaurants, des brasseries et des magasins passionnants, mais à seulement quelques minutes en voiture (10-20 minutes) de certains des meilleurs vignobles du comté de Sonoma. Venez profiter du décor moderne et confortable de cette belle maison de 1933 et explorez les merveilles de la baie du Nord.

La maison offre deux grands espaces de vie, tous deux avec cheminées, donc il y a de la place pour que tout le monde profite de ses vacances. La cuisine ouverte et la grande pièce ouvrent sur la terrasse accueillante et sont l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des repas ensemble, à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils et ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos délicieux repas. Nous fournissons les éléments essentiels de base pour la cuisine, tels que les huiles et les épices. Vos hôtes sont originaires d'Angleterre, il y aura donc aussi du thé!

La suite principale offre une salle de bain luxueuse avec baignoire et douche séparée. La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit king-size confortable et possède sa propre entrée sur le pont arrière. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre offre deux lits jumeaux et un coin bureau.

Lovely, well-located home in Santa Rosa!

We had a wonerful stay with our family in this beautiful home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It is close to Santa Rosa restaurants and many vineyards. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent location and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and Jo's and Ed's place. This was close to many restaurants and areas of our interests. The master suite and remodeled kitchen/living area really stand out in this property with wonderful amentities.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Super cute cottage on a lovely, quiet street. We were in town for our nephew's wedding with our adult children and needed a place to chill in between family activities. This house was perfect!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood

The house and neighbourhood were perfect for our visit to our son at Sonoma State. We live on 70 acres in the hills of the central coast so staying in a charming house on a charming street where we could walk to coffee/donuts/restaurants was lovely. The house is delightful and has everything you need!

Fantastic, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard, entertaining areas, and kitchen. Plenty of room for five people. Helpful handbook of nearby wineries, eateries, and sundries, and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Fantastic house on a cute, quiet street close to everything! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. The perfect combo of modern and antique. Very comfortable beds, ultra-quiet street. If you are staying in Santa Rosa, this is a fabulous house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from fabulous wineries and Healdsburg, and close to town, where there are restaurants and cute shops.

Relaxing accommodations in Santa Rosa

My family was in town for an event and appreciated the chance to stay in this home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and seamless. The hosts responded very promptly to questions that arose during the stay. The home is set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood and provided comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing in between other activities. My family would happily stay there again next time we are in town.

Husband and wife team hosting you. We run a property development company, and have been fixing up homes since 2007; some to sell, some to rent long term, some to live in and some as vacation rentals. We take a lot of pride in our work; we love creating something beautiful out of something that often has lost it's charm, and believe every house is a home with a distinct personality! This is a newer VRBO listing for us, but as a family we have been running vacation homes for nearly 20 years, in Spain and France as well.

1726 Austin Way has been remodeled in a modern yet cozy style, maintaining its original 1933 charm. The location of this home is key; quiet and tranquil, but just minutes to downtown, and walkable to breakfast, coffee and dinner spots, with easy access to 101 and the Sonoma Wine corridor. This is a very comfortable home, with several areas for guests to be as a group, or relaxing individually.
