Sea Ya Later est une maison confortable et décontractée avec deux chambres et un loft. Situé à l'extrémité nord du cap; c’est un court trajet en vélo à St. Joseph Peninsula State Park et à quelques pas du sable et du bord de l’eau. Nagez, faites du kayak, du paddle board et jouez dans le golfe et la baie.

La plupart des maisons situées devant le golfe sont beaucoup plus grandes et destinées à de grands groupes. Généralement, pour trouver une maison de cette taille sur le front de mer, vous devez choisir un condo et renoncer à une certaine intimité. Cette maison offre l'indépendance d'une maison privée à un prix qu'une seule famille ou deux couples peuvent se permettre. C'est également un design parfait pour nos oiseaux de neige en hiver.

Le pont offre à la fois des espaces couverts et ensoleillés avec un excellent bar en plein air. Il y a une courte promenade privée à la plage. Nous avons également inclus un crédit VayK Gear de 250 $ à utiliser sur les vélos, les planches, les chaises et les parapluies. Votre équipement sera livré avant votre arrivée et récupéré à votre départ.

Les chiens sont autorisés pour 200 $ supplémentaires. 00 tant qu'ils ne dépassent pas les restrictions de taille et le nombre de 2 chiens (pas plus de 35 lb chacun). S'il vous plaît renseigner avant d'apporter l'animal. Aucun événement autorisé qui dépasse l'occupation de la maison ou qui nécessite un chaperon. Nous adhérons strictement à une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour les locataires.

Loved the location and the size of the house for our stay. House was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and house was clean. We enjoyed our evenings on the back deck with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean.

Lovely little place with great views over Deep Cove. Had seals visit the beachfront. Paddle boarding was a nice bonus. Hot tub was super relaxing after a long walk. Close to walking trails and only 45 minutes drive from the city. Great communication from host Blair.

This was the perfect spot. We had a few mishaps with a leaky window and an ant swarm but they were quick to help us out. Beautiful sunset view and nice quiet spot.

Beautiful setting.

Nice home in a beautiful location. Extremely positive setting with the ocean just steps away. The host was very generous with the amenities that they provided ( full size bars of dove soap,extra large bottles of shampoo and conditioner,everything we needed,t.p. P.towels,trash bags. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Great little beach house

This house was the perfect size for my family. Bathrooms and kitchen looked to be recently remodeled. There was a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beautiful gulf views everyday and sunsets every evening. Great location on the cape. Nice quiet street.

The location is great if you are looking to be right on the beach without obstructed views. It was very convenient to just get down the stairs from the deck and be on the beach. The only issue was construction of a unit to the left of the house, so 4 out of 5 days of our stay we had to hear construction noise. The house is perfect size for a family of 4-5. the bathrooms and kitchen were in good condition and offered everything you need for a week's stay. The most wear of this property showed on the outside, the deck is getting pretty warn out. Other than that, this was perfect for us travelling with the dog and wanting a relaxing beachside escape. The area is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing trip especially if you are brining your pet. This is a perfect spot for your pet. All in all, I will give it 9.5 out of 10.

Lovely cottage!

This was such a sweet little cottage! As described. Very clean. The only suggestion that I have is a new mattress in the queen bedroom, saggy in the middle but other than that, it was perfect! Only a few steps to the beach. I definitely would recommend this cottage for future stays

Duneside Cottage is that perfect size for a small family. The beach is expansive in front of this home and easily accessible via the private boardwalk. Recent updates to this home make it a wonderful retreat on our Gulf beach paradise!

Great location

My experience was excellent. Donna was very helpful in finding this property after one I had rented earlier fell through. We have been coming to the cape for more than 30 years, and love this location because no vehicles drove through! This house is small, and I wish the deck was larger and at least partly screened, but we still loved it!
