Before you arrive, we use Happy Guest for a quick rental agreement, ID verification, and a $500 security hold, the same kind of hold a hotel front desk places. There is no app to download. You get a simple link and finish it on your phone or computer in a few minutes. Please complete it within 48 hours of booking, or right away if you book close to arrival. Once it is done, your arrival details come right over. Completing it is required to check in. If it is not completed before check in, we are unable to host the stay and the cancellation policy for this listing applies.
