The location is excellent. The owner is very responsive. I would recommend re-writing the description of the condo to be more representative of the actual property. We will not be renting again. Stay: January 14-Feb 4th, 2026.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedroom was cozy and quiet, and the pullout sofa worked perfectly as a bed for the kids, they slept great!The location was convenient, and the condo felt like a true home away from home. The little touches throughout really showed how much care the hosts put into making guests feel welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, it was very close to everything. We loved that the unit was on the first floor and so close to the parking space. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to prepare a meal. I do agree with a previous comment of the sun coming in the bedroom at the crack of dawn! Great communication with the host! We would definitely stay here again if available! Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice condo

First, the place was immaculately clean. Unit was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you'd need for an extended stay. WiFi worked very well. The host was VERY responsive.Biggest issue was the upstairs neighbors can be heard as they walk around and their argument at 2.30am was loud enough to wake us up.One note. Bedroom window faces East and gets a lot of light early in the morning as the sun comes up. Even with the blinds closed it is pretty bright. Didn't bother us, we're early risers. However, if you need a really dark room to sleep and don't want to wake up at dawn with the daylight, you might want to find another place.

Bad experience

There was a problem with the stove before I used it, the handle on the front was loose. The last night of my stay I decided to use it anyway. When I opened the door of the oven to remove my food the handle came off on one side. When I attempted to open the stove from the sides using pot-holders the front of the stove slid off. I did not do anything at all out of the ordinary, and this was just typical use. The stove is old and had rust indicating the seal on the door was broken. This problem was due to lack of maintenance, Not how it was used. I was charged for repairs anyway. The WiFi was fine but I was not able to watch anything on the TV as Xfinity was not working. I streamed what I needed to see on my computer.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Fabulous location

Apartment was immaculate . Tastefully decorated. we were in town for a conference and it was most comfortable. Great parking . located behind tucson Mall, so great dinning opportunities. we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Area with fantastic Sunsets

The condo was very nice and the location was fabulous with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The sunsets were beautiful. Vanessa was very accommodating and stayed in touch when I had any questions. We will be back Thank you Vanessa for a wonderful place to stay.

College visit

My children attend UA and I usually stay close to campus when visiting, but my usual place was booked so I stayed here. It is only a 20 minute drive to campus and it’s wonderful to feel so far away when you’re really not. This well appointed condo has everything you need and is spotless. High end shopping and a hiking trail within walking distance. Will definitely book again

Beautiful!

We had a great stay! The condo is cute, very clean, and in a great location. While it is small, it was perfect for my husband I. Communication with Vanessa was wonderful... I really have no cons to mention. I would absolutely recommend for one or two people who want great location and comfort.

Winter get away

Very convenient area. Loved the restaurants and shopping close by, along with nice hiking areas. Condo was comfortable. Would have preferred exact instructions on turning the lock after entering the code. Renters longer than a week (we stayed for a month) would appreciate a vacuum and dust mop to do weekly cleaning.
