Léger, lumineux, condo de luxe dans un endroit privé sur beau terrain dans notre complexe de 15 acres avec les nombreuses commodités d'une station de destination. Unité a été récemment rénové et modernisé avec cuisine et granit les compteurs d'un cuisinier. Suffit d'apporter votre valise et profiter d'une escapade romantique. Il ya de superbes vues de notre deuxiÚme véranda de plancher, y compris une vue panoramique sur les montagnes de West Maui. Regarder les couchers de soleil de la véranda. Nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon, nouvelle, ferme, California King lit avec télévision à écran plat dans la chambre. Salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD / CD avec accÚs WIFI gratuit. Les appels locaux sont gratuits. Ce est le premier complexe de South Kihei dans un emplacement parfait juste une promenade de vierge, de sable, baignade et des plages de plongée en apnée avec un parc de la plage de 20 acres. Miles de promenades de plage sont à votre porte. Notre complexe fournit également barbecue de gaz de 10 pour les invités, une grande piscine avec deux spas (chauds et les plus chauds, on est adultes seulement) et une piscine pour enfants. Le Kamaole Sands possÚde une salle de sport entiÚrement équipée au bord de la piscine. PréfÚre que les enfants ont plus de 12 ans.

Perfect vacation!

Eric and Judy's condo was perfect! Their place was very clean. It is bigger than what photos can show you. The kitchen has everything you need and more! Kamaole sands is a quiet, family place just in front of Kam 3.

Clean and comfortable

This condo met our needs for a place where we could prepare our meals in addition to relaxing and sleeping. It was clean, I enjoyed using the large counter in the kitchen, and the room we slept in was quiet. We enjoyed meals at the table on the lanai - the only problem being a fair amount of traffic noise from the nearby road.

Condo was clean and large, bonus that it had two bathrooms. Was very close to the beach and a short drive to supermarkets/restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again

Maui never disappoints!

We had a wonderful 2-week vacation at the Kamaole Sands. We have stayed there before, usually in a unit facing into the main gardens. This time we were in one of the back units facing out towards a street. However, that did not matter at all. It was still a lovely place to stay. Everyone is so friendly. The unit was just fine! And, our host is definitely a super host. They were very accommodating and helpful every single time we interacted. So thanks for that! Just love Maui so much.

We enjoyed the condo which had a lot of room. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning having coffee overlooking the garden. Great air conditioning system.

Maui 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the Kamoele Sands resort. This unit was as advertised, and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the Lanai. The instructions were great and kitchen was well stocked. The floors could use a good scrub, but likely due to the windows being open and the wind carrying dust in. The resort was great
 the pool and grounds well kept, BBQ areas maintained well, and staff friendly and ready to assist. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll look to book again if our travels take us back to Maui.

Great location

This was a large unit. A nice view of the mountains to the west, and a peak-a-boo view of the water. There was little bit of road noise, but that would not keep me from staying there again. It was nicely equipped with everything you need. There was even a washer and dryer in the unit. The second bathroom was a very nice feature. There were two 12 can ice chests, one if them had a broken handle so I bought another larger one for the next guest. With the fans on one in the bedroom the other in the living room, the AC was never turned on. The sliding glass door to the lanai was always open. Kam III is the beach across the street is a great beach. It's a nice place to watch the sunset. The 808 Deli and Fred's Mexican Restaurant are an easy walk. It's close enough to stumble home. A least that's what I was told. The only thing I wasn't really fond of was the hot tub temperature was set to 104 degrees. Way too hot. Thank you Ed and Judy for sharing your slice of paradise. Great centralized location

Great stay overall. Except for the blinds being a little messed up,when we arrived and the umbrella outside ,stuck to the sliding door pathway, everything else was good. Called up the maintenance contact and they addressed it accordingly. Wouldn’t t mind staying here again. A little tricky on door knob opening. On second floor.great amenities overall with the complex. Good fridge. Sink. Microwave and tv. Cannot view the beach fully from balcony. More so of the mountain and the road. But walkable to beach. I give it a 8/10. Thanks Eric and Judy !

Kihei August 2023

My family of 4 (two adults and two teens) stayed at this condo in August of 2023. We really enjoyed the condo. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Kamaole Sands is located directly across the street from three beaches and is an easy 5-10min walk to multiple restaurants and shops. The communication with Eric was very good as he was always very prompt with replies to any questions we had before and during our stay. The complex is very nice and has a good pool. i would highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here and thought that it was a very good value especially as hotel rates are crazy here now. Right across the street from a great beach and close to most things. Central location. Nice pool and grounds. Staff was great. Kitchen great. Clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Patio set. Host easy to deal with.

Fantastic property!

This is our second time staying here. The condo has all the beach necessities (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for kids). Very clean and cozy. Great location to the beach in a nice quieter part of Maui. Easy communication with the owners. Looking forward to coming back.

Kamaole Sands resort is a well built sound proof steel & concrete structure. The pool area is sheltered from the trade winds. The nearby coral sandy beaches are the longest on Maui, & great for walking, jogging, swimming & snorkeling. Restaurants & shopping are within a 10 minute walk.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The resort is only four stories high & the grounds are spacious, which gives it a 'rural atmosphere'. The south Kihei area is quiet, especially at night, & great for after dark romantic strolls. The weather is sunny nearly all the time with less wind than other areas of Maui, only 10 inches of rain annually.
