À 30 minutes d'Auburn et juste Ă  la sortie de l'autoroute 34, cette maison offre une vue incroyable, un quai et une cale de bateau, une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau, une terrasse avec siĂšges pour la salle familiale, un patio en pierre avec foyer et plus encore. 6 lits au total, y compris un canapĂ©-lit (10-12 personnes). Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou un long week-end!

Cute little cottage with incredible views of the lake. The home was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and very peaceful. We were able to bring our pets, which was a bonus as this home has a fully enclosed area for them to play. You can't beat the location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. You won't be disappointed, this home is perfect for a family get away!

We have been blessed to spend Thanksgiving in this AMAZING home for the third time. It’s incredible in every way: desirable location, beautiful decor, and thoughtful touches. The moment we walk through the doors and see the scenic, surrounding view of beautiful Lake Martin, we instantly feel our blood pressure drop and relax. Our only regret with this vacation home is having to leave.

Beautiful view and location!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Property looks exactly as pictured and the view is breathtaking! The communication leading up to our stay was not great, but thankfully I was able to get some help from friends closer to the area prior to our visit and nearby boat rentals, etc. Upon arrival, the house looked great but one bed did not have clean sheets and some towels also smelled like they had not been washed. There is a washer/dryer onsite, so we were able to get everything taken care of, but that was the only thing that was even somewhat disappointing. I would still stay here again!

Great Lake getaway

Great house, nicely redone and updated. Amazing yard, wonderful docks and boathouse area. Great space with the bedrooms and tons of eating space for a large group as well as an amazing sunrise viewing area from the deck and huge windows. Quiet area, all around great. Only downside was the steepness of the driveway with the thick rocks and the steepness of the boat ramp. It was really difficult to get boats up the driveway. We ended up using the public boat launch at the end of our stay which was a short drive away.

Perfect Holiday

Such a relaxing Christmas holiday with all my grown kids driving into a central location. They all loved the property and requested to book again next year. House was stocked with all essential items needed. Overall stay 10/10

Christmas Holiday at the Lake

Our family had a wonderful stay for the Christmas holiday. We enjoyed the fire pit and celebrated outdoors in the sunshine with the lake only steps away.

Amazing Lake Views!

Beautiful, clean house and great location! The view is spectacular, perfect spot to watch the sunrise. The dock was fantastic! We rented a boat for 3 days from Momentum Marine and fished everyday...caught several fish, including over a 10 lb catfish! We enjoyed the fire pit which was well stocked with wood. Loved eating at Chucks, The Landing at Harpers Point, Lake Martin Pizza and Poplar Dawgs. Nirvana Latte, close to the house, had great coffee and amazing cinnamon rolls!! Kathryn, the owner, and Summer, the property manager, were easy to communicate with, informative and very kind. They provided the perfect vacation spot for our family! We needed to be close to Auburn for our son and this house was an easy 40 minute drive away. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated and comfortable home on a quiet portion of Lake Martin! Very clean and well organized living spaces made for a welcoming stay. We enjoyed the fact that pets were welcomed too!

Beautiful property

Family trip for Easter weekend and was a lovely experience. House and amenities were spot on. The property is beautiful. Our favorite part of the trip was the fire pit in the evening.

Iron Bowl Lakehouse

Located 30 miles from Auburn campus and an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. Great firepit, newly decorated kitchen and easily sleeps 8. Highly recommend!

Lake Martin vacation July 2020

The house was well kept and the view was great. Most rentals have worn out mattresses but not this house, they were very nice. This house was set at a great location on the lake. Very nice!

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time! The view is unbelievable. The house was the perfect setup for our family, and I loved being able to bring my dog! The owners were quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely be back!

We are a family of three from Birmingham, AL. We love coming to the lake with family and friends and love sharing our cabin with other families when we can't be there. We've had so many repeat families over the years and love getting to know them.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the Dadeville area of the lake because it's not as crowded with boat traffic and we have alot of stores, restaurants, etc nearby in Dadeville. Instacart is also available. Some of the areas on the lake are pretty remote so we really appreciate our location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view - hands down. Once you stay with us you will agree. We've got space from neighbors so it feels like you are by yourself and everything across the lake from us is undeveloped Alabama Power land so it's just a gorgeous view.
