When you step inside the spacious 3000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths you will see the beautiful water of Lake Martin. The house is surrounded by water on THREE sides. You can see the water from every bedroom window. Parking for four cars.

There is a stationary floating dock with cleats to accommodate your boat or jet skis. There is a beautiful gazebo to relax and enjoy the water view along with Lake Martin's beautiful sunsets (the gazebo and screened porch/sundeck face the evening sunsets). TV’s mounted on porch and in gazebo to enjoy sports while outdoors. Large outdoor ceiling fan in gazebo to keep you cool on hot summer days.

The main level consist of a kitchen with an island for 4 and dining table for 6. Fully stocked kitchen with all of your main essentials from pots and pans, cookie sheets, coffee pot and more. Living area with large 65" TV and sitting area to enjoy the water views. Large windows in the kitchen and living area with water views. A master bedroom with a king bed is located on the main level, along with a toddler bed, TV and full bath. There is a bunk room located on main level with a twin/full. Two doors (one from master bedroom and one from living room) that lead to screened in front porch to relax and enjoy the spectacular views, with a mounted TV.

When you walk upstairs, it opens to a large family room with a sectional couch, large TV and toy area. Ping pong table available for use in this area as well. Once upstairs tucked away in a nook is a single twin bed and a full/full bunk. Bedroom 1 is a king bed. A large bathroom is shared by this area with a shower, sink and toilet. Bar area for entertaining with 5 barstools. Master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bath as well as a TV. All TVs have ROKU sticks. The TVs in living room downstairs and on screened in porch have Charter cable. Gas and charcoal grill available for use. Outdoor paver patio w fire pit, flanked by an area of artificial turf.

The home is located near Anchor Bay Marina and The Social which has become a popular spot for Lake Martin. Short car or boat ride to Kowaliga Restaurant, Niffers, Chucks, Spring House, etc. Public boat launches close to the home include Anchor Bay and Kowaliga.

Life Jackets and lake towels are NOT included so do not forget those.

Washing machine and dryer available for use.

There are 4 steps to get into the home. All renters must agree to rental agreement prior to check in. We live in a quiet neighborhood and ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors. No parties are allowed. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited on any property or our home. For safety purposes, there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home.

Please note that our home is located at the end of a slough and parking is very tight. Because of this, there is a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. Please park intelligently and be respectful of the neighbor's homes, which are located very close.

Anchor Bay Marina (located 1.4 mi away) does allow boat trail parking (for a small fee) and vehicle parking. Carpooling may be required.

Of note, Alabama Power drops the lake water level annually, typically starting in mid October and typically allowing it to fill back up mid March. Feel free to inquire for further details.
