Cette villa de 3 600 pieds carrés, 3 chambres à coucher, 2 1/2 salles de bains comprend un extérieur en stuc de qualité espagnole, accentué par des toits en terre cuite / ciment et des gouttières en cuivre. La villa dispose de trois balcons; une faisant saillie du salon, une autre située de manière unique à côté de la salle de bain principale et une autre encore offrant une vue directe sur le pittoresque Pikes Peak à l'extérieur de la chambre principale. Les équipements de la villa comprennent une entrée magnifiquement conçue à l'ancienne, avec une porte d'entrée de 9 pieds, du matériel de style rustique et un mélange de carreaux de Saltillo et de travertin recouvrant le sol. Il dispose d'arcades en pierre de rivière Colorado et d'une grande cheminée en cuivre. Les autres améliorations comprennent: des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, un grand évier en cuivre, des comptoirs en granit haut de gamme, une salle d'eau avec vasque en granit et robinet mural, un nouveau tapis en maître, des plafonds à caissons, des cages d'escalier en fer forgé et un puits de lumière pour perche de balcon.

La maison est située dans la ville historique de Old Colorado City, qui était la capitale du Colorado à l'époque du Golf Rush. Le quartier a un charme historique avec une vue et un accès à la ville, tous accessibles à pied depuis notre cage d'escalier privée. Great location, very clean, excellent communication. The property had every thing we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a Keurig with pods. The bathrooms had extras in case we forgot anything. The beds were very comfortable and the towels smelled nice. We walked to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again.
