Lovely Apartment

This was a lovely apartment with fantastic terrace and views. It's got a really well equipped kitchen, good wifi and TV with UK channels. The location is great with a few good restaurants at the bottom of the road (5-10 mins walk) and lots more along the seafront (20 mins walk). It's also close to the train station where you travel to the airport or Malaga. Only downside is the stairs. There is a rooftop pool/bar but it was closed during our stay although it was getting ready to open mid-June. The main pool area is nice and Sam's Bar at the pool does good, reasonably priced breakfast and snacks.

Spacious terrace, excellent views

Pros: Contact throught out with host was excellent. Staff at rooftop pool were very friendly Cons: Roof top pool & terrace, a little tired, maintenance required. Some Green sunbeds need renewing. We were already aware of the hill & numerous steps to the apartment, this should be emphaised more. The air conditioning was on a timer of 2hr approx. this proved inconvenient during the night, having to get up to reset, as bedroom was overly warm

102 steps up to 5 floors,so if you are not very fit forget this place,or travel very light & don’t eat or drink in property everything has to go up not pleasant,bathroom has a washer in bit strange not much room,last weeks washing was left on dryer on patio all week was dried & folded by my wife

Hi Paul, thank you for your review of our apartment. The apartment is a Penthouse apartment, it is stated on the website it is situated on the fifth floor with no lift. There is home delivery from all the local supermarkets available. We have installed a washing machine in the apartment for our guests to use to keep their clother clean and fresh. Due to the flights available from all airports we do try and accommodate all our guests with their arrival and departure times, hence at times, due to quick turn-arounds linen and towels are sometimes left to dry on the terrace. Pros: Wij verbleven 12 nachten in dit appartement. Appartement is bereikbaar na 100 traptreden, dit wisten wij van tevoren. Daarna als je boven bent geniet je van het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement heeft een groot balkon-terras waar wij van hebben genoten. Het appartement zelf kan van binnen en buiten wel een opknappertje gebruiken. Klein keukentje maar wel compleet met een zeer grote koelkast. Inrichting wat gedateerd, de banken zaten helaas niet lekker. Helaas was het appartement bij aankomst niet schoon en zijn we zelf aan de slag gegaan waarna we daarna heerlijk van onze vakantie hebben genoten. Eigenaar van het appartement is via de mail of telefoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij problemen. En reageert en handelt adequaat,, onze complimenten hiervoor!!

Pros: Wonderful apartment, well equipped on a lovely complex. Owner was extremely helpful. Roof top pool was fabulous. Pool bar staff very welcoming. Lower ground pool was again very nice next to the clubhouse, this pool was busier but to be expected in summer holidays. Sams Bar did fantastic food. Great location for the beach, supermarket, Paloma Park, train station, Tivoli World and the Cable cars. Mercadona is at the bottom of the hill very reasonable prices and we were advised they do actually deliver to the apartment for a fee, this would be good if you were doing a larger shop or carrying water! Would highly recommend this apartment we had a fantastic stay and would return again. I would say that the hill up the road to the apartment is steep and the apartment is up quite a number of steps so not for the less mobile, but for us with an 8 year old it was fantastic, with lovely views from the balcony and the roof top pool next to the apartment.

La única pega que pongo a la cas son las escaleras, aunque hay que reconocer que no tendriamos edas vistas desde la terraza, espectaculares!!!!! La casa estaba muy limpia!!! Y John se preocupó en todo momento de que estuviéramos agusto y bien!!! Muchas gracias por todo!! Sin duda repetiremos!!!!

Pros: Had an amazing time here in benelmadena, the apartment is one of the best that I have stayed in for a long time. A well equipped apartment, with everything that you need including super fast internet a must for most families. This apartment has two decent sized bedrooms with very comfy mattress and quality linen. Bathroom was top notch with a big cubicle and power shower, it even has a washing machine in it but we never got around to using it. Kitchen is the usual spec as in most self catering and has all the equipment you need, at least this one has a large house fridge to store all your beer in and a little food. Living come dining area is spacious with two comfy sofas, TV with cable channels and a CD player with radio. It also has a dining table with four chairs which is ideal. Air conditioning worked a treat which is a must as I've been to a few places were it hasn't worked and ruins the holiday. It has two good size patio areas, one with a shade over the top and one where you have decent loungers and a big umbrella. It also has a built in BBQ which we used twice and was very handy. Close to all the shops, supermarket is 5 minutes away, pubs and restaurants 5 mins away, I must say my favourite was friends bar, massive portions and very tasty can't go wrong, Harry's is the best Indian food, and there are plenty more to choose from. Beach is 10 minutes away, and there is plenty of other things to do. I hope this helps people as its so hard to find good places and this is a must .

Pros: We have just returned from a great Holiday in Benamdina. The apartment was in a good postion not far from the beach, shops and bars.the complex was excellent all staff we very friendly the food in the club house was very good. The roof top pool just above the apartment was lovely, again all staff were very friendly. There a lot of steps to the apartment but the views from the large balcony are fantastic. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have already booked the apartment again for next year.

Pros: Great holiday accommodation with all the facilities required for a relaxing holiday. There are a few stairs to negotiate (even harder the first time with suitcase) so that needs to be considered but the climb is worth it for the outside space is excellent and worth the effort!
