Lake Pend Oreille Cabin Dock, Boat Lift, Hot Tub

This waterfront home is located in Garfield Bay on Lake Pend Oreille. Located in a protected bay, you will enjoy the lake views from the home and the tranquility of the forest. With a large, deep water dock, you can bring your own boat and use the boat lift (July 15-September 15). Lake Pend Oreille is known for trophy trout fishing. You'll be cooking fish on our grill that has a hardline gas option or charcoal. In the evening, relax at the gas fire pit on the deck or jump in the brand new hot tub.
The home comfortably sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds over 2 full sized beds. It also has a great puzzle and game collection for the kids and adults alike. The great room features a well-stocked kitchen and a dining table that can be for meals or puzzles in the evening. The smart TV features Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Also stocked is an extensive DVD collection, and for the kids at heart, XBox.
This is a dog-friendly home so please bring your four legged friends. We have a bed for them next to the cozy gas fireplace and separate food/water bowls too.
We are a minute from the public marina and conveniently two minutes from Odie's Grocery store if you need last second items. We are centrally located between world famous skiing and fun themeparks. We are a 20 minute drive north to downtown Sandpoint and a 35 minute drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort. Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach are 35 minutes south of us. Coeur d'Alene is approximately 50 minutes south of our home.

First of all the view is what sells it! The hot tub is an added bonus especially in January! The beds were fantastic. This place was fully stocked with games, movies, books. Everything. There are a ton of stairs, so if that’s a problem this probably isn’t the place for you. To me it was worth it for the view and the peace.

Absolutely Amazing

I cannot say enough great things about this place and our stay. The location was magnificent, the amenities and just everything was such a calm awesome experience. Having things available for our little kiddos that made our trip even easier and the place was gorgeous. We will for sure be back.

Amazing lake house

We loved our stay. Garfield Bay was wonderful and the house was perfect and so relaxing. Everything was as described and it’s a great set up for a family. The view is beautiful. We swam, fished, and truly enjoyed it all.

This house had an amazing view! We stayed in January during a cold snap but my husband, infant son, and dog enjoyed our stay. We loved going on walks and getting in the hot tub.

Dock Holiday

Great property! Very well furnished. The deck was fantastic we enjoyed the gas fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Xbox was an added benefit for the rainy day. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The charging ports in the bedrooms were very handy. All in all, we could not have asked for a better place for our little family get together.

Lovely

Amenities were well thought out and enjoyed. The house itself was not large but it was comfortable and accommodating. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the bay. Be prepared for your journey to the dock as there are 126 steep steps and over time facing the steps became more daunting. Otherwise a very special place.

We're so happy you had a fun time at Dock Holiday! It's a special place with amazing views of Garfield Bay. And those steps, phew, they are a workout for sure. The good news is the homeowner is getting bids to have a tram installed next year. We're very excited with the improvements and glad you had a fun getaway!!

Excellent property! Nicely curated with games, movies, books. Dock for swimming and boat lift. AC in bedroom was a pleasant surprise as temps were in the 90's even at the lake. Manager very responsive. Great location in relatively quiet bay-especially compared to Bottle bay or spots near the long bridge. Steps to lake were great for starting pre-season ski training ;-). Well appointed kitchen: even the knives were sharp.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

This delightful property is a nestled in the trees above the lake with great views and many amenities you wouldn't expect in a mountain cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with the fire table, dining table, and nice gas grill. It was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband, daughter and son-in-law!

Great spot. Perfect area for flat water paddling. Easy to put in at the launch and pull out on the dock. Formidable hike down to dock. Probably my not ideal for the very young or unfit. Great for teens & up. Beautiful views.

Wonderful house with great view

House was perfect for our 3 night stay. great lake views from the deck (and from inside). Close to marina store. Try the burgers at the nearby marina food cart (fantastic). Hope to be back someday.

Beautiful lake view!

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The propane tank was empty on the patio, but otherwise the house was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately it rained almost all day, but the view was beautiful from inside your cozy home!

Fabulous memorial day weekend on the lake

Everything I could have asked for (besides the subpar weather). Great cottage in great location with stunning views on the outside large deck overlooking lake and tall pines. Definitely recommend Captn's Table and a jump in the cold lake!
