Ce magnifique loft avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain est de 2200 pi², avec de belles briques apparentes, de hauts plafonds, un bébé Yamaha et de belles antiquités. C'est l'endroit parfait pour votre événement spécial ou célébration. Le grand salon ouvert est spacieux et peut accueillir des événements jusqu'à 30 personnes moyennant un supplément. Le propriétaire peut vous aider avec les détails de votre événement, que ce soit un dîner assis pour 20 personnes, ou des cocktails pour 60 personnes, une douche nuptiale, une fête d'anniversaire ou un certain nombre d'événements créatifs. Ce bel appartement peut accueillir 8 personnes. Le maître dispose d'un lit king size, les 2 chambres d'hôtes ont des lits queen size et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Tous ont de nouveaux draps et draps exquis qui font un sommeil réparateur. A 40 ft balcony overlooking Palafox, enough room to host a rehearsal dinner or bridal brunch, a Yamaha baby grand piano, ironed sheets, sparkling clean from top to bottom and private gated parking. “PERFECT” is what we aim for with all of my VRBO rentals. The location right on Palafox next to the historic Saenger theater is perfect. I am so delighted that you enjoyed your stay. This one-of-a-kind historic property was once a dance hall, So I think it very fitting that we should continue the fun & enjoy being in the heart of this exciting coastal town.. I am always impressed by the many military families like yours who choose this apartment for their visit to Pensacola to spend time with their son or daughter stationed at NAS Pensacola. I was so very happy to meet the cadets from the Coast Guard tall ship EAGLE where your son is stationed.. this apartment gives them room to spread out and relax and if timing is right, enjoy a parade. The FIESTA parade in early June and the Mardi Gras parades prior to Lent come right down Palafox Street and your apartment has the catbird seat to all of the fun. I do hope you get to visit us again. You are a five star tenant And I’m so happy that you were my guests.

Palafox Apartment

We loved this spacious, clean apartment! The balcony overlooking palafox was our favorite part. The rooms were huge and plenty of space to stow suitcases away. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The location is ideal for walking in Pensacola or catching an Uber. The property was clean and unique. Great AC and nice hot shower. We will stay again when we return to Pensacola!

We are very unique in the fact that we are truly in the heart of the Downtown shopping, restaurant and entertainment district. You can walk to over 40 great restaurants from your door. If you’re driving, we have a private gated parking lot, just steps from your apartment. It’s great for a couples getaway or a family reunion.

Beautiful location!

The location speaks for itself, but in addition, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well prepped, the decor was gorgeous, and everything was very clean. We were worried the street noise might make it difficult to sleep, but the walls are well insulated and we slept great!

A man a few words, but such nice words. This three bedroom two bath apartment is located right in the very heart of historic downtown Pensacola. You can walk just a few steps to the Saenger Theatre where just last night I saw the musical the life and Time of the Temptations. Pensacola‘s finest restaurants and entertainment venues are all within walking distance. We hope you will stay with us again soon.

The reviews on this place are all correct. It is a great property in a great location. It is perfect for entertaining. The host is fantastic. Everything went smoothly and the host was very helpful in planning a dinner we hosted. Everything about the stay was great.

She has preserved numerous iconic buildings in downtown Pensacola . She has been named one of Pensacola’s Visionaries by the Independent News, one of Northwest Florida’s top 25 most powerful women by Climate Business Magazine, one of Florida‘s People To Watch by Florida Trend Magazine. Deborah sits on the Board of Directors of the Pensacola Humane Society and served three terms as a director on the Downtown Improvement Board by mayoral appointment. Deborah is a member of Warrington Methodist Church and enjoys traveling the world and entertaining at home.
