Picture your family enjoying the pool & hot tub while you grill out in the large private backyard, or lounge in the comfy screened in porch seating area of this peaceful getaway! Located b/t the bayou & scenic bluffs overlooking the bay, our home is close to all the area has to offer! Relax on the beach, visit the fishing pier or historic downtown's upscale dining/shopping. 1 block from Exchange Park which has baseball/softball fields, a playground, free wifi, walking path/trails & picnic areas!

Our space features a pool (not heated), NEW 5 person hot tub, grill, screened in porch, and an outdoor dining area. Calming and spacious for families and guests who want to relax! The home is newly updated and tastefully decorated. With a total of 5 beds, it can sleep up to 8 guests (10 if two guests slept in each full size bed).

An extremely convenient location in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to downtown. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and is centered in between water access at the bayou and the scenic bluffs overlooking the bay.

$50/hour for late checkouts for rescheduling the cleaners. ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events allowed! Only guests LISTED on your reservation allowed.

Could add more kitchen gadgets for cooking. Wash rags for the bathrooms are helpful. I think it need to be mentioned somewhere that the flight path to the airport is directly over the house.

We had a great time. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We had one issue with the door lock batteries that died and it was fixed within the hour! Our family of all ages enjoyed this property. The pool was great. We appreciated the latch being high so the kids could not get out to the pool area. We didn’t have any issues in the neighborhood. It was a quick drive over the bridge and we were at the beach. We would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Great spot!

Perfect for what we needed! Great space for all us to enjoy, hot tub and pool were in great shape, the covered porch was way bigger than I expected and got a lot of good use. Plenty of supplies, utensils, etc for our group and stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

The house was extremely clean and well organized and excellent communication with the owners. Easy to access stores and anything else. Close enough to the beach yet just far enough away from all the business of the beach

Pensacola visit

The house was very clean and nice, and the kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you could need during your visit. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Michelle and Kim responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had a very nice experience staying here.

Beautiful house with lovely backyard!

We are so happy we stayed here! It was nice to be away from the chaos of the beach, yet it barely took us 10 minutes to get there. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We loved eating on the screened in porch and played tons of Monopoly and Uno in our down time. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend this home to everyone!

Property was great we enjoyed the pool and lodge area. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils and different seasoning. The bed were a super plus. The living area was really cozy. We all loved the master room bathroom! We enjoyed the home!!! Thanks super much.

Loved this house!

Listing is exactly as pictured. They even have baby/toddler dishes and utensils!! The air pump to inflate/deflate blow up toys in the storage outside was amazing! Lots of room for our family of 9. Loved the screened in porch, hammock and pool!

9 night stay in Pensacola

The house exceeded our expectations! Great layout inside, slept 7 easily. Great screened in porch with a much needed full size extra fridge just for beverages by the pool. The pool is wonderful and is larger than pictures make it look. The reason we chose this house was the fact that it could sleep 7, dine 7 at one table either inside or on the screened in porch, accommodate 7 to watch an ENORMOUS tv, plus 8 lounge chairs around the pool. Communication with property manger/owner was effortless. Highly recommend for large families or groups and easy driving distance to anywhere. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We truly loved our stay.

Great little big house!

We loved our stay and even extended a day longer. Great space for our family to be together for a very special event in my son’s life. Well furnished, great location and the pool is fantastic! A few hiccups but the host was attentive and very pleasant to work with.

Downtown Pensacola is an 8 min drive away. About 15 min drive to Pensacola Beach. The home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, downtown, and the beach.
