This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse is located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Florida and short drive from the beach. The open floor plan features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that can seat up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, and the two guest bedrooms each have a queen-size bed with their own full bathrooms. There is also a laundry room, a workspace with large monitor and parking for 2 cars. More cars can be parked on the street in front of the house.

The townhouse is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, TVs, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. There is also a private patio with a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal outdoors.

The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is still within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The beach is just short drive away, and it is walkable to Blue Wahoos stadium and the Maritime Community park on the bay.

Family getaway

The property location was ideal with food and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. Very quiet neighborhood, ideal for family and girls trips.

So Clean!!!

We stayed here while attending the Sunbelt basketball Tournament. The house is updated and comfortable. I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and I think that this one rates number one in cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very accommodating and answered messages quickly.

Spacious, Clean and Great Amenities

Stayed in this perfectly appointed, well situated 3 bedroom. Entire house was spotless. Beds and individual baths were very comfortable and perfect for our 2 teenagers to have their own spaces. We easily walked to local restaurants and attractions. We would definitely book this house again when we visit family.

Perfect spot for a Downtown Pensacola wedding. We wanted a place within walking distance to restaurants & grocery. This was the ideal for us & young adult sons. It had snacks & a washer/dryer. Clean!

This was a super convenient location. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We were in town for the Blue Angels/Thunderbirds air show and this house was perfect for our needs.

Downtown access

Simply put...I would stay here again. This VRBO had good quality items in the apt: towels, sheets, cutlery, etc were all of good quality. Also when I contacted the owner, he was very responsive.

Great Location

We visited for a wedding. The house was extremely clean. It had everything we needed to cook a meal including a full size gas grill. The location to the stadium and downtown was prefect.

Girls weekend

We loved loved loved this townhome! Finding a good rental with 3 bathrooms for 5-6 ladies is a rare find. Everything was clean. Had to do a breaker reset with the dishwasher but that fixed it no problem! We walked 15 minutes to downtown and felt very safe! Perfect location. Parking was easy on the street!

Weekend Getaway

Lovely vacation rental! Conveniently located within walking distance to Blue Wahoos Stadium, Downtown Pensacola, and a small little market (Everman groceries) to get groceries. The inside was updated and extremely clean. We will definitely be staying again.

Cutest little house!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! We were here for a short trip for a wedding! The place was clean and had all the necessities we could need if forgotten to pack! Check in was easy, not far from downtown area, only a few blocks away! We did have a little trouble trying to get the place to cool off with the thermostat but other than that everything was perfect!

Pensacola off shore fishing trip

The place was beautiful, clean and roomy. There were 2 slight issues. The driveway was very narrow. The people staying in the duplex beside us were taking up half of our driveway. The 2nd thing is that we were warm inside and would turn the thermostat down. Somehow each time we checked, it would be bumped back up.

One of a greatest vacation rental experience.

Place is utterly, clean and neat, every single necessary things to enjoy a vacation was in there, without a doubt. Always felt like home, and communicating with the owner was pretty simple and always satisfying. The place is absolutely beautiful and closer to all the places we needed to visit, Beach, down town, groceries, church, highways.
