Phoenix VII est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la cĂŽte du golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers sĂ©journent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre Ă  Orange Beach.



Ce condo 1BR Phoenix VII est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! IdĂ©al pour un couple ou une petite famille. Il existe de nombreuses activitĂ©s, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, des bains Ă  remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket-ball et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a mĂȘme un bel espace gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre pendant un barbecue.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon au 3Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe, parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complÚte du maßtre et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situé au dernier étage. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, le prix de cette unité sera inférieur à celui de la société de gestion sur site.

Beach view was nice. Very relaxing. The only thing is a man from the property came into the condo. Yes he knocked but when we chose not to answer the door bec we had no idea who he was he open the door himself and walked in. Yes he was there to change the air filter. But that was disturbing. Like the air filter could not wait until after our stay was over. To walk rt in on us was scary that the property thinks they okay to walk in on people. That part I did not like.

Everything was very clean and had lots of storage room for extra items brought to enjoy the beach! Great view from the balcony and comfy furniture! Close to great shopping areas and restaurants if you decide to skip eating in. Nice appliances and everything you need if cooking in! My only non 5 star was the water temperature for showers.. called and maintenance came which improved it but it would have been perfect if not for a lukewarm shower!

Amazing property and management

Not only was the condo super cute and clean, the property manager was awesome. We traveled from Virginia and were supposed to have a rental car. Since check in wasn’t until 3:30, I planned on leaving my luggage in the car. I lost my license in the airport and they wouldn’t rent me a car. I had to get an Uber and had no where to keep my luggage once arriving. I reached out to the management and she was so responsive and helpful finding me a solution.i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Nice condo

Very clean and updated condo on the top floor (15th) of Phoenix VII. Had all the basic kitchen utensils. The Keurig Duo was nice. Really nice view of the beach and Gulf of America. Bedroom and bathroom were nice. Only drawback is more wine glasses (only 2) and an extra trash bag would have been nice.

Hurricane Francine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made our reservation almost 5 months ago, so we didn't plan on Hurricane Francine churning up in the Gulf. No leaks in the unit despite high winds and torrential rain. We made the best of it and found indoor things to do. Phoenix VII is a great location. The unit was renovated in February 2024, but the cleaning crew is not keeping up. The 2 carpets and floor really need to be vacuumed and the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly(pink mold). We did laundry on the third night and the dryer lint filter was completely clogged. I cleaned out handfuls of lint. They're very lucky it didn't catch fire. On our first night, our AC kept shutting off completely. I discovered there were no AA batteries in the Honeywell Home thermostat. I used the ones in the DirecTV remote to make it work properly, until management delivered 2 AAs the next day. Check-in/out was easy. We would stay in 1502 again, if it was cleaner.

Perfect for 2

Condo was perfect size for mother/daughter trip to the beach. Bed was comfortable. We did no cooking but kitchen appears to be sufficiently stocked had we needed to. Appliances are new. Loved the ice! The bedroom window could use a blackout shade but it kept me from sleeping late and missing out on beach time. The balcony is big enough for a table, chairs, and lounger. And that foyer light still needs to be replaced. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

Other than that, everything was perfect! We would stay there again.

Wonderful view from our balcony!

Property is maintained well, currently replacing balcony sliding doors on site, but construction noise was minimal during our stay. Unit was clean , kitchen was well appointed. Water temps for showers could have been a bit warmer, but overall would stay here again.

Loved the view from the balcony! very clean. perfect size for my husband and I. A couple of very minor suggestions would be a room darkening curtain in bedroom, seal the front door from whistling (strong winds from the north on a few days blew through the door and loudly"whistled"). We'd definitely stay here again and recommend this condo!

Enjoyed stay Phoenix VII

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII. The one bedroom condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and couple of dinner meals in the condo and had all the cooking equipment/utensils needed. Love that there were plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and silverware so that we didn’t have to continually wash dishes. Just rinsed, loaded dishwasher and ran on morning we left. Bed was comfortable, rocker/recliners were great and we enjoyed the balconeyAdequate space for two but would want larger unit if more than two people. Also enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts. This was a good stay and we would return here. They were doing work on property replacing windows so loud at times, but wasn’t problem for us.
