Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement que n'importe quel autre �� Orange Beach.



Ce condo Phoenix VI est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple avec une petite famille. Il existe de nombreuses activités, dont une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Deux courts de tennis vous attendent à l'extérieur. Il y a même un joli belvédère pour se détendre sous le barbecue.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maître. Le condo a une salle de bain complète hors du maître. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, des comptoirs en granit et des armoires personnalisées. Le mobilier est neuf et les peintures murales sont extraordinaires! Nous sommes idéalement situés à côté des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situé au 9e étage, et juste à côté d'un 3br, nous pouvons également offrir pour les grands groupes. Envoyez-moi un e-mail et renseignez-vous sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera moins chère que la société de gestion sur site.



Pour votre commodité, nous avons installé un verrou de porte d'entrée sans clé sur la porte d'entrée du condo. Plus besoin de gérer les clés !!!

Check in and check out times were disappointing without any options to extend a stay based on flight times. The property was clean, but very basic. No beach equipment, which was noted in the description, but there is plenty of room to offer this for guests. I'd also suggest some games or other activites in the unit. Our previous host had a lot of this along with nicer towels for the bathroom. Next time, I'll look for a property that is privately owned rather than owned by the facility.

The stay was awesome

The stay was awesome, hated the outdoor pool wasn’t available until Friday afternoon. But throughly enjoyed, it was just too short. Must come back soon.

Orange Beach Phoenix Condo

Was clean and nicely decorated. Things to know - you will need every thing for the pantry. You’ll want dish soap, additional laundry detergent, softener, toilet paper, beach towels. But we did enjoy the property.
