Beautiful Beach Right Across The Street

This is a nice property with easy parking. There are 3 flights of stairs, although they are wide and easy to navigate. Having access to the rooftop allows for sunrise and sunset viewing. Host(s) were very helpful, and always quick to respond. Would Recommend.

Visit with my father

This family vacation was for my father. My father is 76 yrs old and was born and raised in Islote. His family home was on 681. He spent his entire childhood living across the street from the ocean, seeing and hearing the very same ocean we were able to see from this Unit. Every morning during our stay he would sit on the deck to drink his coffee, watch the sunrise and take in the sounds from his childhood (roosters, coqui). This became my favorite part of our vacation. This unit has everything a family would need. Nicely appointed and feels like home. Juan & Sonia were excellent hosts and Responsive to our questions. Thank you so very much

Loved almost everything

Everything was how it was pictured. We had an amazing time, great location, beach right across the road, easy access to all. Only thing that needed a bit of attention was the cleanliness, it was clean but there was crumbs and dirt near the cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom. I cleaned it all tho, so I give my stay a 9.5! I will definitely stay here again!

Return to hometown in Arecibo

I spend my childhood about .5 mile north of this location. After nearly 20 years and travels around the world decided to visit PR for 4 weeks. I rented Mr. Culpepper apartment for five days. The apartment was clean, had everything required for an extended stay, the AC work perfectly and the location was great for exploring the coast. The only issue encountered was freezer was working about 85% capacity which I’m certain has been addressed by now. I will definitely consider renting this apartment in the future. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome Arecibo

My family and I had a lovely time at this property. We spent 8 nights here and it still wasn't enough! The condo is spacious and has everything you need- comfy beds, appliances, plenty of beach chairs/towels etc. The air conditioning worked great and the grounds were spectacular. We particularly loved the shaded pool area. The surrounding area has plenty of great restaurants.

Beautiful apartment and view

We loved our stay in this property. The pictures and description of the apartment are exactly as written. The pool was warm and clean, and the grounds are very well maintained. The location was perfect for us. It was within very easy driving distance to many sights and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the beach across the street. The owners were very quick to respond to us with any questions. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Great place in Arecibo

If you like going to sleep and waking up to the sound of breaking waves you will enjoy this property. It’s across the street from a beautiful. Beach and the oool is also very nice. The apartment has plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, and the roof top terrace is a great place to take in the view of the ocean. Juan is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to a cooler. There is plenty of air conditioning, but we barely used it because the ocean breeze and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are several great restaurants within a few blocks. And in the town of Arecibo. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice view, peaceful place

This apartment is very spacious. The view from the terrace was beautiful. You can hear the ocean waves, very soothing. I would recommend it to any kind of party as it is family- friendly. Communication with host was seamless. I appreciated the dim lighting outside at night to protect the turtles, as I am a nature lover.

Family Vacation

The place is very nice. The AC in the living room didn't work, but if you left the bedroom doors open then it was fine. Not a big deal. The water went out for all of Arecibo while we were there. The owner and their sister did the best the could. PRO: You can get ahold of the host which is very important. They do what they can to help you when things happen out of their control. I would say here again even if the island decides to lose water for 6 hours.

A wonderful place with a great setting. Only two issues: the oven didn’t work. Glad there was an air fryer, ,Living room furniture was not very comfortable but all else was terrific .

Juan J Culpepper and Sonia Gonzalez are excellent hosts, always attentive and available to attend any request. Everything is exactly as described in the property description. It is a nice and organized apartment. It has air conditioning units in all areas. The terrace is large and with a spectacular view to the beach. The mattress of the beds are very comfortable perfect to rest well. Its location is a great attraction because it is in front of the beach, you just have to cross the street and also include a swimming pool. In addition, it has everything you may need from 1 to 5 minutes in car, pharmacy, supermarket, food restaurants. The beach is very beautiful, perfect to spend all day. I would fully recommend it to all my friends and personally I would rent it again.

Great vacation

The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful view and we would stay here again. We rented a car and explored surfing, waterfalls, different beaches, and zip lining. Juan was easy to communicate with and offered helpful tips.

Water experience was bad

beaches are gorgeous! But the place issues with the water is terrible we stay in for 7 dates which 5 of them was no water after 8:00 am , and on one of those dates the water came back at 8:00 pm .for the price we pay I never expected to be so bad also outside the balcony the area smell like a pipe was broken so de
