The house was just as pictured! Very clean and spacious. The host was very attentive and accommodating. We had 14 ppl on our family vaca. The host also does various tours around the island which makes it convenient. We had a great time! Will stay again.

The house was very comfortable for the entire family that joined. The pool was a plus. The area is a beautiful countryside. Nelson was very helpful and kind.

Very nice and modern stay for our family of 6! Plenty of space with everyone getting their own bathroom to use. Our host was very informational and helpful with the few questions we had. Liked how clean the pool was outside.

This Property/home is beautiful. Host is great and very friendly. He responds and takes action quickly with the issues we had. He also helped with making great suggestions for excursions and places to visit! Honestly tho, for the high price that we payed, I expected to not have any issues. We specifically chose this VRBO for the amenities that were advertised and we weren’t able to use some of them when we needed them or they didn’t work properly. ( A/C didn’t work in one of the rooms, dryer didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, Bbq grill was leaking gas. ) Again he or his son did come by and fixed these issues as soon as they were able to when we told him but it was frustrating. Host did work with me to allow my family to visit the home for a couple of hours and I very much appreciated that. It saved me from having to travel all over the island to visit everyone. The pool was very refreshing and we appreciated the toys he has for the kids to play in the pool as well as the board games he had. He also provided cooler which we used for the beach. I recommend getting the extra insurance. Unfortunately my kids caused some damage and insurance covered it with no problems.

Beautiful!

This home was absolutely perfect for our first family vacation to PR! We loved everything about our stay - from the comfy beds, to the amazing pool / hot tub - we even loved our special neighbor (cutest and super friendly cow ). 100/10 stay. Can't wait to come back and visit again

Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues.

Our stay at Utopia was truly wonderful. The house is comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located. We traveled from Bayamón to Camuy for our son’s wedding, and choosing this place made the entire experience even more special.From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine kindness and respect. The team went above and beyond—organizing our rehearsal dinner with a chef, beautiful décor, and a lovely welcome cocktail. Everything was arranged exactly as we envisioned, and it exceeded our expectations.We are deeply grateful for the care and attention we received. Utopia became more than just a stay; it became part of a meaningful family celebration. We would gladly return if needed.

Proprty was as pictured some areas could use an update for the price. Owner should let people know before booking that he shows up to the property whenever he wants because his office is located on the property I believe in the garage area. Other then that great stay.

This home is extremely cozy and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh water bottles in every room. The provided coolers were a lifesaver for our beach days. The only suggestion I have would be to add an AC unit to the living room, as it can get quite warm during the day, especially while cooking.

Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well.

If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! Everything was amazing from reserving the stay to checking out! We almost had to stay an extra night & Miguel was soooo accommodating! (Almost makes me sad that we didn’t stay!) planning our next vacation with this stay at the top of our list! Can’t wait to come back.

This property has everything you could need for any length of stay, and if it was lacking anything, Nelson took care of it. There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make sleeping so nice & if you want an expert to take you and your group on a tour of almost anyplace on the island, Nelson does that - and at a great rate!! If we ever get back to Puerto Rico, we'll definitely come back!
