What a week we had in PR! This was a great launching place for our vacation of adventures. Having our morning coffee with the ocean in the background was fabulous, as was going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. As others said, a lot of people drive by here and play loud music, or park and hang out. We never felt unsafe and we didn’t mind, but it’s very “in the neighborhood”. Great set up for our group of 7 and my teen boys enjoyed having their own space. The pharmacy around the corner was a huge bonus - it’s nice and new they have everything and sometimes we’d pop in multiple times a day for something (beach hat, pina colada mix, rum, neospirin, snacks, etc). Javier was responsive and brought us things as requested. This is not resort living but a fabulous place close to the outdoor adventures we had planned, much less touristy than other areas. Pool was cute (small) but we were so busy we probably wouldn’t have used it much even if it was bigger. Overall, a great stay!

Nice Stay

Our overall stay was satisfactory. The accommodations were satisfactory but a little less than expected. The traffic around the home was a little too much. There was some activity that was questionable for families. However, the proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. Javier was very responsive to all inquiries and we appreciated his attentiveness.

Beautiful beachfront property

The views of the ocean were amazing from the house. The best part of the home was opening the windows and the feeling the ocean breeze. Javier was extremely responsive and an excellent host.

We enjoyed being close to the ocean. The view was amazing. The beach is not for swimming but provided a relaxing view and sound. The house was acceptable.

See and Hear The Ocean

Very spacious and comfortable. Great view of the ocean. The waves are very strong there, so it is not suitable for swimming. Nice beaches for swimming are a short drive away. Convenient location close to main roads for easy access to explore Puerto Rico.

Perfect place to kick back

Our group of 10 stayed here while traveling daily to provide free dental clinics in other communities. Our host was easily reached and cooperative for our needs for the week. The view, neighboring surf and ocean breeze refreshed us daily. We will book again for next year’s trip. Thank you!

The property very clean and comfortable, we were a group of ten. There were space for everyone one. Stores and restaurants nearby. The host was available to us anytime via message. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Beautiful place!

The set up of this place is awesome! perfect for a large group or family! The ocean is just steps away! Not swimmable, but wow is it gorgeous! And perfect for walks. A lot of people do tend to stop and enjoy the view, so don't be surprised to see people walking or parked in front to enjoy it. We never had any issues with anyone. The place was clean and well stocked.

Nice house on the corner

Very nice, clean two apartment house. We were 5 adults and one 13 yr old. Two of the adults were >80 yrs old. We felt very comfortable and there was beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was equipped to cooked meals for our parents. Javier will answered messages very promptly. We were not able to enjoy the swimming pool because of some issues but Javier was fixing them for the next guest. Overall a very nice stay.

Horrible host

The only thing nice I can say about the property is the ocean view. The property itself was horrible. Cinderblocks were holding one bed and the vanity as well. I contacted the host as soon as we arrived at 1 am and he stated that I was lying and was not willing to reimburse me. What was suppose to be a celebration for my mothers 70th birthday turned into a nightmare from the moment we arrived. Do not book any reservation's with this host, he is scamming people with fake pictures of the property. The temporary pool was dirty and new pool was still under construction. There was also no laundry, mind you we were staying for 8 days. We had to make reservations elsewhere the next morning because I could not have my mother sleep on a bed being held with CINDERBLOCKS!!!

Only thing I can say is this person didnt stay at our place and is clearly disrupted. I dont recommend her to no one. A living hell of a person.
