3 chambres, 1 salle de bain maison récemment rénovée. Pour six personnes avec lits King, Queen et Double. La maison réside sur 5 acres bien entretenus. Il y a un pont arrière parfait pour se détendre, griller et profiter du coucher de soleil en soirée et d'une vue sur un petit étang situé sur la propriété. Des cerfs, des dindes sauvages et d'autres animaux sauvages sont fréquemment vus. La maison est située à seulement 15 minutes de l'université de Floride et du collège Santa Fe, à 10 minutes de la ville d'Alachua et à 20 minutes de High Springs. Il y a une grande variété de restaurants et d'épiceries à 15 minutes en voiture. Une petite épicerie / dépanneur est à moins de 4 minutes.
Un lieu de séjour idéal pour les diplômes universitaires, les matchs de football gator, les ressortissants Gator, le motocross Gatorback ou tout simplement pour une escapade de week-end au calme.

So nice we stayed twice

This is the second time we have rented this property for a family vacation. We had an absolute blast last time and the second stay was just as perfect as the first. The house is fantastic for the person who wants to compleatly check out and get transported back to a time where life was way simpler. We will 100% be staying for a third time!

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The host was very easy to reach and communicated well before and during our stay, always eager to assist in any way. The property is quiet with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer to use, a comfortable living room to relax, plenty of towels and extra blankets, along with numerous bathroom amenities to use. We enjoyed the thoughtful things - such as labeling items throughout the house and luggage racks in the bedrooms, as well as some kitchen items like coffee, and some seasonings to use. We were very comfortable here and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to the area!

Perfect stay!

The home is perfect! Plenty of space and so quiet! Yard is so pretty and peaceful! Owner has a book by the door with everything you will need to know during your stay. The beds are so comfortable for a great nights sleep! Foosball table and darts was a hit with the kids!!!

Peefect Weekend Stay

The house is super comfortable and extremely clean and tidy. It is well furnished with interesting and somewhat unique artwork and decorations. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable! Nice and quiet, and conveniently located.

Great 3 bedroom home near area springs and shopping. Also close to Ocala and Gainesville. Separate game room and living room. This was our second stay.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a sports tournament and this house met all of our needs. We loved the quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and darts. Will was a great host. We will stay again when we come back in the fall.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Wanted to spend a long weekend with the family at Ginnie springs. Rather than camp I decided to look for a house to rent. Came across this listing and knew it was the one. The owner was super responsive we had zero issues and loved every second of our stay on this beautiful property! We are planning another trip to the springs this summer and we will definitely look for this home again!

Cozy house in the country close to the Temple of the Universe! We enjoyed the house and the fresh country atmosphere and air. Great break from the buzz of the city and Will was easy and wonderful to connect with as the host. 😀
