All was great!! Perfect beach location. Rooms were clean all was great. Although I do have one complaint, but had nothing that the host could do. The TVs loose Internet connection. We were without tv for the first two days. Host help me call someone to come look at the cable box. Someone finally came on the third day. And it only worked that day. Next morning we woke up to the same problem for the rest of our stay. Which was really a bummer cause we couldn’t go into the beach cause of high winds.

Everything about the reservation through the communication with the host and check in/ out process was very convenient. The place was clean, the beach was amazingly clean, and beach access was great, just as pictured. The biggest let down for our trip was renting the condo with the expectation that we could wash clothes and keep up with laundry throughout out stay, and finding out 2 days before our stay that the washing machine was broken and could not be fixed before or during our stay.We made the best of that situation, and still enjoyed our stay. We would still go again, but I’d hope to have a working washer next time! The host did offer to deliver clean towels if needed, but we passed on that option.

The Perfect On The Beach Condo!

This place is perfect for those that want on the beach, by the pool, and easy access to the parking lot. Great layout of rooms, all the comforts a guest could ask for. Well kept up and the Host communicates exactly well. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay in Destin had a lot of positives, especially the location—it’s very convenient to the beach and nearby attractions, which made everything easy. The property also had a good layout and enough space for our group to relax comfortably.There are a few areas where updates would make a big difference. Some of the furniture is quite worn and uncomfortable, and several dresser drawers in the master bedroom were broken. Since we cooked most of our meals, updated cookware—especially fry pans—would have been helpful. We also stayed a full week and were only provided about one and a half rolls of toilet paper, which felt a bit limited for the length of stay.We understand the pricing reflects the prime location, but the overall experience would be even better with some refreshed furnishings and amenities.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and overall we still thoroughly enjoyed our trip. With a few updates, this could easily be a top-tier rental.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This property was perfection! It was the perfect stay for my parents and our 2 children (ages 9 + 6). The bunk beds for the kids were great and the bedrooms and living space were just perfect and beautifully decorated. The pool + beach is just steps away from the door! We would highly recommend this place and would LOVE to come back again next year!
